Excellent. I have been to Our Urgent Care three times in the past couple of years--once accompanying my husband, who had a serious allergy reaction and twice for myself, with an abscessed tooth and most recently, acute sinusitis. We could not be happier with the care and professionalism we received. Prompt, courteous and caring attention every time. We received high quality treatment in a friendly atmosphere that was effective and efficient. And as an added bonus, no hassles from our insurance carrier. Thank you for the fine healthcare services.

I really needed help very urgently, because my chronic medicine was nearly finish, and I am a new resident, that has just moved from South Africa to the USa. I tried to get an appointment with a few dr'S to na avail. Urgent care listened to my problem, and helped me, without any hesitation. I am very grateful, and thank you so much

While visiting friends in this area, I hurt my back. It was Christmas Eve! A friend suggested Urgent Care rather than an Emergency room. I was seen fairly quickly even though the room was full. The Nurse Practitioner as well as the rest of the staff were very friendly and competent, I was fixed up and on my way in a jiffy. I hope I don't have to come back but as we visit this area frequently I am glad they will be there for me.

I walked in and within an hour was seen and prescribed medication. The nurse practitioner asked what medications would not work over others and took the time to understand my illness.

You have one of the best Urgent Care facilities that I have ever been to and in the area for that matter. I have always been treated very well by your staff and have gotten the medical care that was needed for a speedy recovery. I appreciate the service that your facility provides more than I can put in to words. Thank you for being one of the best in the area and being available at times that are needed. I can count on "our urgent care" to help me when I have an urgent medical need. I would highly recommend Our Urgent care. They were professional and friendly. The nurse and Doctor saw me right away. It was the same copay as my doctor's office, but my doctor's office was closed by the time I got off work. The doctor sent two prescriptions directly to my Pharmacy, and the medication was available within a half hour for pick up. My experience could not have been a better one! I will consider going there in the future.

The staff at this urgent care are amazing. The receptionist, nurse & the doctor I saw were all competent, efficient, & personable. When you are sick an atmosphere like this is most soothing & reassuring. They had my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy before I left. Wow! They are on top of things! I would absolutely go there again & reccomened others to go there as well. What an asset to our community.

My daughter was very sick and we chose your urgent care because we would get help faster than trying to get an appt with her dr or by going to emergency room. She received quick and thorough testing revealing an extensive infection, and received a RX that started providing some relief later that day. The staff was awesome and despite the fact that there were many other patients at the time of our visit we were seen in a very reasonable amount of time. Something that never would have happened elsewhere. Thanks!

my biggest concern was quality and price. my doctor's could not get me in. i made so maney phone calls.i work and can not take off for just any thing. i had a bad tooth ache, throbbing pain. not only did they charge a copay, yay, i was on my lunch hour. he saw my pain, ordered the meds. and i am so thankful and grateful for 'our urgent care' i would go back. this is the wentzville mo. location

We have been going to Our Urgent Care when in from out-of-state since my daughter was an infant. The staff is wonderful! We have always been seen relatively quick and treated very well. The office staff processes our paperwork and insurance won't out any hassle. Then nursing and physician staff listen and provide thorough assessments. We have never had a problem with their service and truly appreciate the convienent away-from-home care that we receive.
