The staff were very caring and attentive, both to my 5yr old getting stitches as well as me (feeling faint at the sight and thought of the wound and stitches).

Excellent and I was taken in pretty quickly for a very minor issue.

I was sick with Strep Throat and went in to see the Doctor. I was called in promptly and greeted by a very nice nurse who questioned me and took a throat culture. I then saw the Doctor who was very professional and nice. He diagnosed me correct and prescribed me with a Penicillin shot and the right meds. In a couple of days I had kicked it thanks to their help. They hit a home run with me and I will be back.

Wonderful, they were fast, caring and had everything there at the urgent care. It was nice not having to drive somewhere else for an X-ray.

My husband and I have been to OUC several times over weekends or holidays when we needed urgent care for an injury or illness and could not wait for our physicians' office to open. We have both been very pleased with the quality of care and service we received from the practitioners and administrative staff. Our personal physicians have always concurred with the prescribed treatments. My compliments to your organization and the staff. Thank you for asking my opinion.

I had a fairly short wait in both the waiting and exam rooms. I already had an idea of what my condition was and after explaining the reason for my visit, the doctor quickly confirmed that my suspicions were correct and got me on my way with a prescription. My visit was very hassle-free and the staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely be returning if I ever need urgent care.

I was greeted before I even had a chance to ring the bell with professionalism and courtesy. After finishing my paperwork I was called back promptly. My nurse was skillful and friendly. The doctor came in straight away and addressed my problem appropriately. Any and all treatment-medical and personal-was top notch. God forbid I need to visit an urgent care center again but should that day come I will make a beeline to Our Urgent Care in Wentzville. My only request would be for staff name tags.

Nancy Woods was great. She listened to me and confirmed by exam my upper respiratory illness. She prescribed an excellent regiment of treatment and she gladly took my call the next day to add to my treatment.

It was nice having a place open on Sunday afternoon that could care for my cut on my finger. I had to wait for an hour because there were 6 other cases in the waiting room when I arrived, but the staff took care of me as soon as they could and the treatment was appropriate.

I was seen quickly by the doctor. Everyone I encountered was friendly and informative.
