Hello, I had my doubts but walking in but they were put to rest when I was greeted by the receptionist and the airy waiting room. The care and explanations was great. Sick as I was, i was able to appreciate the patience and care in explanations from the exam as well as the care and explanation when getting my x-rays. The follow up was refreshing and the answers to my concerns were met with patience as well as information on what to do. Thanks for providing such an important service in my community.

I arrived and was able to register quickly. The attendent was very pleasent and helpful. The staff kept me up to date on all of the diagnostic results (EKG and Chest X-ray) and processed me out efficiently. As good as an experience as I have ever had at an office visit.

Very new and clean place! Nurse and doctor were both very nice and professional. Would definitely go back in a pinch!

I suspected I had an ear infection. I was a new patient. I filled out the barely two pages of new patient forms and was seen within ten minutes of arrival. I was diagnosed and had prescription electronically sent to Walgreens within another ten minutes. Great experience.

My experience at Physician immediate care was wonderful. The staff and the physician were very professional, I was treated immediately & on my way with my prescription. It was also very nice to receive a follow-up call from the office to see how I was doing. Thank god for immediate care.

I came in to your Bucktown office with a cold and feeling the initial effects of pink eye, and I left shortly thereafter with prescriptions and feeling great! Thanks for the thorough evaluation and quick service.

I reluctantly went to the urgent care instead of my regular doctor because it opened early and I couldn't get into see my doctor. I have never been to an urgent clinic but was happy to find it was super clean and the people were super friendly. I was in and out really quick too. I will return (hopefully not soon because that means Im sick).

I was seen really quickly. I liked the sign in process that displayed your wait time on the board. The nurses were both friendly and did their thing quickly. The doctor was helpful and compassionate and also did his thing quickly. I was in and out in about 45 minutes (I just had a sore throat and clogged ears).

You guys were such a great help. The hours are very convenient for my schedule and I loved the fact that I could check in and got a text when my appointment was 20 mins away. It was such a relief to not have to sit in the waiting room nervously and get out for some fresh air. Your doctors were very patient and allowed me to ask questions. They also listened to my concerns and how I wanted to proceed with treatment. Once I got into the exam room it was a very quick process and I got what I needed to recover.

All staff were great there. Especially the PA who treated me. Would definitely return

Honestly, couldn't have been a more pleasant experience in terms of healthcare. I woke up this morning realizing I had probably caught the strep throat that my roommate and her boyfriend have caught. I've passed the facility many times so I opted to give it a shot since it's nice and close and opens early. Looked up their website, made a reservation for the first available appointment. Paperwork was quick and painless and then I think i waited no more than 5 minutes to get in, which is awesome. They checked me out, tested for strep, and I walked out with my prescription already sent over to Walgreens down the street. The facility is very clean and welcoming and the staff was really great, I would absolutely come here again for any immediate care needs.

I was on vacation in Chicago, injured my foot and really didn't want to spend a bunch of my precious vacation time dealing with medical stuff. I envisioned hours of waiting and lots of frustration. I went to Physicians Immediate Care and instead of what I expected, I had a fast, friendly and very professional experience in a very short time. Every member of the staff--from front desk to Dr. were awesome! Highly recommend!

I've been in twice to see Dr. Murauski and he was seriously amazing. He made me feel so at ease and talked to me like an actual person, which is something I find most doctors have a hard time with. I've been going to the same Doctor since I was 12 and was so nervous to go somewhere else on such short notice, but honestly I'm glad I did. He's had me come in for a follow up and I'll being going back again on Monday for another. He's really making sure we cover all bases with a pretty bad infection in my hand. I really feel taken care of and like he actually cares if I get better. I'll definitely be recommending him to others.

Received timely care that was close to my home in Ukrainian Village, and the website was very easy to use. Doctor and PAs were courteous and friendly, and did an excellent job not only in providing care, but doing so efficiently so that I could get on with my day.
