In a moment of uncertainty and vulnerability I felt completely at ease once I encountered the wonderful staff. Everyone I spoke to was patient and knowledgable. There was a relaxed yet profession attitude that I greatly appreciated. I felt comfortable in a time of discomfort due to the doctor and EKG tech's expertise. Thanks so much to them! Also, the music felt like I was in a night club for 60 year olds. It was hilarious.

The building is conveniently located within a short walk of the Damen blue line stop. The waiting room is bright and clean, and as a walk-in patient, the check-in system was quick and easy. I was called back in less than 20 minutes, and was out the door with a prescription for my sinus infection in less than an hour. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all very courteous.

Need a physical/examination for cpd power test. Nobody could give me one without my old records which where lost when my doc passed away. After three days of running around I called pic n they helped me out. Very simple process and straight forward. I will be returning for future urgency

I was really impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of everyone, from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor.

I needed multiple vaccinations for my job as a medical sales rep for Stryker. Jeremy was a huge help and made things very easy in the process of receiving the shots as well as following up when I got my drug screening results. I had a great experience and care at the Physicians Immediate Care - Bucktown/Wicker Park location. The receptionist was very friendly, and accommodating. The center is very clean, and they have a nice waiting area. I also enjoyed the waiting time monitor (which was accurate as well). The location is close to my house, and I was in seeing the assistant and doctor in less than 10 minutes. The assistant and Doctor were both very friendly, and took the time to listen to me. Within a half hour I already had my Rx. I would definitely go back if I need their services again.
