No appointment! I walked in was greeted so nicely and was made to feel like they cared about me. I was seen by a very nice Doctor who was quite efficient, asking me all the questions to determine my treatment. I wI'll definitely be back! So much easier and better than calling my Doctor and trying to get an appointment! Thank you Immediate Care!

The Physician's Immediate Care location I went to was very close to my house and thus conveniently accessible. The receptionist was very pleasant and processed my information immediately. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving at the facility. The care I received was wonderful, and both the nurse and doctor were extremely helpful. My visit was complete within 45 minutes and I was on my way to feeling much better. Overall, I had very positive experience.

I made my appointment online. Arrived, checked in, and was seen promptly by doctor. Facilities are clean and feel welcoming. Nurse/Tech had a good bedside manner and was professional. The doctor was empathetic to my circumstances and listened to my concern about my illness. Ran a test and received a prescription. Asked me what pharmacy I wanted to have the script filled. It was a good experience and I'd go back if I need to.

I visited this brand new facility on the same afternoon I needed care for knee pain. I was seen immediately. A technician took an X-ray and provided it to me on a disc to take to my orthopedic surgeon. Another technician fitted me for a knee brace and I was given 5 pages of instructions to take home. The instructions provide valuable information about my condition and care. The doctor examined my knee and spent time explaining the X-ray results. The facility was clean and comfortable. They processed my claim through my insurance with no copay. I would definitely recommend this care facility for minor injuries like mine.

Dr. Wong was very compassionate and knowledgable. Everyone was nice and helpful. The facility was clean and I reserved an appointment online so I didn't have to wait long.

I love that the wait time listed on your website was accurate - I walked in and was taken care of in a matter of minutes. The front desk staff, nurse, and doctor all made me feel comfortable. The doctor and nurse made sure that I was equipped with all the information I needed before I left.

Walked in and was seen within 20 minutes. Staff was all friendly. I left with prints out instructions. The best touch was the nice follow up phone call I received to see how I was feeling. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if needed again.

Went there for a feminine problem and felt very comfortable with the doctor. Received my lab results right there during the appointment. Great service, no long doctor waits!

I was very satisfied with the care I received at Physicians Immediate Care. The staff was courteous and professional and the doctor saw me within 15 minutes of my arrival (walk-in). After my visit I experienced some complications and the doctor spoke with me right away. He gave me clear instructions and now I'm well on my way to feeling better!

It was a good experience- they were quick to call me in and the doctor was very nice and efficient. The co pay was really expensive (usually I only have to pay $15 with my insurance) but that is okay. Just glad someone was able to see my boyfriend and I because my boyfriend has strep throat and was in a lot of pain that night. They were also really sweet to call back and check up on us.
