They were the nicest guys. They were efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. They are a true asset to your company. A shout out to Derek who kept me informed, and he was super fast in answering texts. The whol installation was a ten rather than a five. Thank you all. It was such a pleasure.

The folks at RainTight Decks were very helpful in all phases of our project. We wanted to turn the underside of our deck into a screened room. RTD is one of the only contractors who can do both the screening and the underdecking. From our estimate, to communication, actual construction (which had to negotiate some weather challenges), they delivered a well designed, beautifully finished product. We highly recommend RainTight Decks!

We went with DIY kit after much research on brands available, doesn't a million screws & small pieces parts to deal with. You get the carriage system completed & gutter installed it's down hill from there. Process is totally seamless with online instructions they have on their website, entire process is amazing from ordering, shipping & being available for phone help. We've had some small rains since project completion & not a drop of moisture!! I totally recommend Rain Tight!

Customer service was excellent. The estimate was spot on. Mike was real easy to work with. We received an unexpected surprise of being bumped up by several months from estimated instal date. The crew on site was awesome. Very respectful of our space. They cleaned up at the end of each day. They worked together and truly enjoy working for RainTight

I couldn’t be happier with the ceiling. The neighbor right above me had you do her ceiling. Roxy told me you were the best, and I certainly would agree. The men that did the work were great. So pleasant and discussed with me where they were going to put the downspout which I am so pleased with. Two neighbors came over right away to see it. One has a ceiling but it isn’t as nice as mine. The other one doesn’t have a ceiling and a really bad bird problem. She was very interested so I gave her my paperwork. She thought your price was very fair. Her apartment is right next to mine, but on the back side. I am certain she will be calling you. The women in your office were so pleasant to work with. All and all a wonderful experience. Thank you, Sandy

Raintight was great to work with. From the start of the process, working with the sales associate, to the completion of work, everyone was very helpful. They made sure every detail was covered. Dan and the crew that installed our system were awesome. They walked us through the overall process and talked through some potential changes/suggestions to our original project. The under decking system looks and operates great and we are excited to use it!

100% satisfied with the product, the installation, and the workmanship. The installation crew "sweat the details" to make it a very professional looking job. Good communication from the main office on scheduling; the installation crew was extremely courteous and accommodating; and they cleaned up and put away everything at the end of each day. The RainTight under deck looks fabulous!
