From the first visit from the salesperson to the end of the job, RainTight met every expectation. The salesperson was professional and very informative and very patient with our many questions. He was knowledgeable and informative. The service after the sale was awesome. The carpenter team was friendly and informative. They answered all my questions as the process was going on. They were all very professional and skilled. They cleaned up their debris daily and left the work area clean and neat. After completion, they explained how the entire system works. I couldn’t be happier with the ceiling. The neighbor right above me had you do her ceiling. Roxy told me you were the best, and I certainly would agree. The men that did the work were great.So pleasant and discussed with me where they were going to put the downspout which I am so pleased with. Two neighbors came over right away to see it. One has a ceiling but it isn’t as nice as mine. The other one doesn’t have a ceiling and a really bad bird problem. She was very interested so I gave her my paperwork. She thought your price was very fair. Her apartment is right next to mine, but on the back side. I am certain she will be calling you. The women in your office were so pleasant to work with. Good communication from the main office on scheduling; the installation crew was extremely courteous and accommodating; and they cleaned up and put away everything at the end of each day. The experience with RainTight was Great! Everything went according to schedule, the woekers were very efficient, courteous and the workmanship was excellent. There was one spot that needed to be redone but it was scheduled and handled immediately and to our satisfaction. There were no surprises and I would highly recommend this company.

Its only been a day since the installation, but it looks great. Waiting for a good rain to see that it really works A couple minor complaints. I found some debris in the street from where they were cutting. Small little scraps of aluminum, but probably enough to cause a flat tire Also, when the guys were finished, they just packed up and left. I would have like them to have us come out and take look, tell us about cleaning or whatever, just to make sure we were happy Again, nothing big Thanks Jeff

I was extremely impressed by this company from initial consult through execution of my under deck project. I received constant contact and updates from the time I placed order completely through project end to ensure I was nothing less than absolutely satisfied with the product and services I received. Material is of great quality and the project has added a clean look and elegance to my existing deck. I have had significant rainfall post install, and the product did just as advertised to create dry space underneath decking. If anyone is searching for a way to create dry space underneath their existing deck, you cannot go wrong with Raintight systems. I am an extremely satisfied customer, and would definitely do business with them again.
