Excellent value, great quality and overall professional courteous installation.

We could not be happier with the rain tight under deck system and our new screen porch. The workmanship is excellent and George and his crew were fabulous to work with. They kept me abreast of everything going on and made sure I was in involved in all decisions. Would definitely recommend Rain Tight Decks to our friends and neighbors.

The company showed up as scheduled, called me to with a couple questions to verify placement of gutter and low voltage wire. Installation was great. I had no issues with the install or product. I was glad I decided to go with rain right. I feel it finished off my deck project nicely. I would definitely recommend this company

Quality job. Arrived on time and did what they said they would do. Looks great. Multiple compliments already. Plan to use them again in the future for a screen room based on the quality of work they did on the under decking.

A 4 Man team arrived at my house on-time each day for a 2 day job. They conducted a clean & tidy job-site in my back yard. George worked with me on drainage spout locations and ceiling fan location requests. I can say enough about George and his partners. Regarding the front office coordination Anne was great as we worked around freezing temps & rain (short delay). I could have done the work myself, HOWEVER, they were done in 2 days AND I could have never made the clean cuts and smooth corners that make my deck added value to my outside space--and it is "RainTight". (I would do this again, and I recommend them 100%)

We were very pleased from start to finish. We had our patio screened in below our deck as well as our deck above the patio. Customer service was fantastic and kept us informed during the work permit and our subdivision approval process. They also kept us updated on installation date based on weather conditions. All debris was taken away and clean up was timely and concise. We are pleased that they are willing to work on a few minor issues on our lower screened in patio and that is major to us! It's nice to know that we are still customers after the job is done and paid for. Rain Tight makes certain that their customers are happy with the final product. Brett & Anne were very helpful in getting our permit through Maryland Hgts building permit div. the work was done in a timely & professional manner the guys poured the piers in inclement weather to insure they could finish the job on time. we will be enjoying our patio cover this weekend. The initial meeting with Brett, the Raintight salesman is what really sold us to proceed with the order. We were able to hold the material, see how the system connected together using his samples, verify the powder coating of the paint on the aluminum, and see the colors that are available. RJ did the installation. This is truly an engineered installation. There were no pieces or parts left over. What pieces, parts, etc. that came out from the truck was installed. RJ and his crew preformed the installed with the ambient temperature was 100 degrees plus. Bottom line is the quality of work is exceptional. Our guests upon seeing the Raintight Underdecking are impressed with installation and architecture coordination with the house. In our opinion, this is a extremely reliable undecking material installation and water relocation system of the multiple manufactures we reviewed before settling on Raintight. We feel that the Raintight is the best value for the cost to purchase and install. Brett came by today to see if we were happy with the material and installation and to see if we had any questions. We gave him a "10" on everything. .

Work was professional, reliable and done quickly. Workers answered all my questions and fixed a problem at the end of installation. Very pleased with the work.
