My wife and I absolutely love our new outdoor space thanks to RainTight Decks! It has only been a couple of months now, but we spend every chance we get enjoying our beautiful backyard rain or shine! We love the wonderful shade it provides and relief from the heat. Here lately, we even sit outside and enjoy the rain showers and thunderstorms and remain perfectly dry. After the installation, we had a few minor concerns, but RainTight came back out and addressed every one of them. If you are looking for a great product that looks great too, I highly recommend RainTight Decks!

Jon the owner and Sara were great to work and deal with. Jon had given us a bid back in Oct of 2015 and honored it 6 months later. His crew came in a work very quickly to get the decking system in place on a 299 square foot job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have this type of system put in.

Received a detailed estimate for the different scopes of work I was considering. Received calls to confirm order and schedule work in a professional manner. Work was completed as promised and for the estimated amount. Quality of work appears to be excellent. I am very happy with the appearance and functionality of the underdeck ceiling at this point. I have since received warranty materials. This is not an inexpensive application, but it appears to be a quality product, installed by quality craftsmen, supported by a really good sales and project management team.

We would highly recommend your company for the under decking system. The quality of work is top notch and no detail was left untouched! The crew (Joe, Joe Jr., Al, Nate and one other) was a joy to work with and always very polite. They showed up on time every day. We are extremely please with the outcome!!!

Raintight did a wonderful job installing our under decking system. We are looking forward to getting to use that space now! We had one spot that I wanted an additional screw and Jon showed up the next business day to add it. His customer service was wonderful!

The process up front was a bit choppy but I believe that was due to some technology issues. The response times and scheduling were also a bit choppy. However, the implementation team of Nate and George made the other items not such a big deal. We've just had our Raintight system in less than a week but the professional implementation and complete dedication to our satisfaction by Nate and George was outstanding. They deserve 5 stars and great recognition for their work.

Our experience with Raintight was fabulous. Their men were here when they said they would be and finished in one day and everything was cleaned up and left the way they found it. We made a slight change to the design once they started and it was no problem for them. We are very happy with our screened in deck.

Chris Keagy is an excellent representative. He knows his product and has excellent people skills. Your installation crew worked hard and did an excellent job installing the system. The finished ceiling and down spouts are an excellent addition to the patio. Neighbors and friends liked the finished product.
