My treatment and procedures done at Embrace the World Orthodontics has been more than satisfactory. The orthodontists and practitioners communicated well and I appreciate the appointment reminder notifications. Quality of treatment has been superb. My concerns were heard and solutions to problems and/or critics were more than satisfactorily resolved. They spoke to me with frankness and related the realities of the procedure in a way that I felt comfortable. They are receptive to feedback. It is pricy, but I believe you are paying for the quality of care and final result(s).

After a very long 7 years with Dr Shankers. We could not be more pleased. Our daughter received the upmost care and compassion at embrace our world. Through 2 phases of treatment her teeth and smile are beautiful. The doctors make sure everything is correct and right the first time around. Now we look forward in supporting her retainer wearing to keep that smile as beautiful as she is!

My husband and I are very pleased with how our daughter’s teeth turned out. Dr. J. Shanker, the assistants, and the office staff were very professional and nice with each visit. The communication with Embrace Our World about what process my daughter needed to go through to fix her teeth was very thorough and simple to understand. The cost of her orthodontist work was clearly explained to me and it was a very good value for the quality of orthodontist care she received. The staff is excellent. My third child just completed their orthodontic treatment from Embrace Our World. They did an excellent job with all three! The communication between the staff/patient/parent is superior to any other medical office we have experienced. I can’t say enough good things about EYWO. My son has Autism and they were just wonderful with him and his sensory needs. He just got his braces off and has the most beautiful smile. My daughter starts her Invisalign journey next month as well and I completely trust them with her smile.

I would 100% recommend Embrace our World Orthodontist. The quality of care was top notch! Even though my daughter was not compliant with her rubber bands, which delayed her treatment, the doctor truly cared about her results and delivered the best results. All the staff were helpful and friendly. It was hard not going in with her during the pandemic, but the staff always kept us informed of her progress. So pleased with the results and care our daughter received.

I had a wonderful experience with my doctors and the technicians. They always got me in when I broke a bracket. They kept me and my parents updated as to how well my em. progression was. When they removed my braces it was awesome . They made my teeth even and polished them. I was vey happy with the result's. I’m going to get some whitener and make them whiter . I had a wonderful experience at Embrace Our World Orthodontics. The technicians and doctors were very accommodating. I never had a bad experience with any of the technicians. Courtney, who put my braces on, I enjoyed talking with. They all genuinely cared and I even made some connections with some of them. Playing video games and watching Netflix shows during my appointments I found very cool. My appointments were always painless, easy and quick. Most of friends who see an Orthodontist go to Embrace Our World and they all say the very same things!

Embrace Our World made a huge impact on me when my teenager received care in their facility. I decided to go through this office for my own ortho care as an adult. The office atmosphere is so fun and upbeat. Everyone who works there has a smile on their face and you can tell they love where they work. After 3 years of treatment I am so happy with my new smile!! This is the best group of Orthodontics in the St. Louis area. Part of my daughters correction was not only braces for the teeth but aligning her jaw too. We were referred to a specialist in Columbia, MO as part of my treatment. Even he said how great of a team both Dr. Shanker's and Dr. Schluter are. The reputation of the excellent care, professionalism, and orthodontic work is well known by other professionals. One of the biggest things I saw from the years of going with her to her treatments was how great the staff work together. The atmosphere, every time I was there, made it enjoyable to come. I was wishing I was an employee there. Every step of the way was made so easy for us. Thanks to the whole team at EOWO.

It’s nice to know that i had a nice and amazing place to go too when i needed help the most. We did not shop around for our child's orthodonist. We were referred by our pediatric dentist who is also the best of the best. You do not want to be cheap when it comes to your children's teeth. There is a super value here of comfort and communication in their office: very organized and efficient. They are very kind and respectful to their patients, especially the kids. They care enough to put extra protection on the teeth before putting on the brackets. When my son had his braces taken off there were no stains and looked beautiful! They listen to their patients and are all very friendly!

From the headgear to retainers it took 4 years, but everydbody was so friendly and knowledgeable. Technology they use to treat and entertain patients is top notch. EOWO staff has created a clean, beautiful and friendly environment throughout the entire office. Doctors know what they're doing and communicated well to my daughter and us as parents what needed to be done and set up expectations. We have had two children now who have completed the braces process at Embrace Our World Orthodontics and I wouldn’t change a thing! First of all, my children’s teeth now look amazing. The assistants and orthodontists at EOWO have always been kind, joyful, and positive. I have always felt that while my children's teeth were the primary focus of the care, the staff treated our entire family as special individuals. They always engage in conversation and take an interest in each person. The atmosphere at EOWO is upbeat and hospitable. Additionally, the assistants and orthodontists relate to each other like family, laughing and chatting, sometimes singing together with the radio. And most importantly, the quality of orthodontic care is exceptional! They care about the details of tooth and jaw angles and alignment like nobody else. But they are also sympathetic to the way these treatments affect my children, their sleep and lifestyle. They get the job done with excellence! I would recommend EOWO to anyone.
