Embrace Our World is so wonderful there are no words to describe it. The office staff is amazing and fun to be around. Dr. Gary, Dr. Jon, and Dr Brian are all around out of this world. They care so much for their patients, and want to see everyone have a wonderful smile. I will tell everyone about this office.

Using Embrace Our World has been a great experience! They completely worked with us in setting an appropriate payment plan to meet our needs. We received appointment reminders by phone and email, as well as keeping us aware of any pertinent information regarding contests, etc. Katie's orthodontic treatment was kept within the original timeline given, at our original consultation. As a parent, I personally like all the doctors and staff. Each one reviewed my children completely each time we went to the office. The staff made an initial plan for each of my children, but modified at each stage depending on what happened with their teeth. I love the fact they were willing to adjust to make sure my children received the absolute best care. Now, my children did not feel the same way. They felt the staff constantly promised them something, but never delivered. They might say - oh, looks like your are getting close to the end and then the next visit the staff would say it was going to be another 12 weeks. Three months in a child's life is not a short time. There were quite a few times my children left in tears because they felt they had been lied to. Again, I did not see this because I was thankful they were adjusting to my children's teeth. This happened to both my children.

My daughter Tamar had incredibly complex orthodontic issues. Now her teeth look spectacular. The change is unbelievable. I am confident that no other orthodontic team could have worked the miracles that the Embrace Our World orthodontists did for my daughter. Not only was the dental care superb, but the staff was always friendly, cheerful, supportive, and helpful during our many visits to the office. Whether in person or on the phone, our questions were always answered, and whenever we needed a last minute appointment, the staff found time for us. Thank you again and again to the entire team!

Had a wonderful experience with two kids using Embrace Our World orthodtics. Would recommened them to anyone who needed care. They always worked around our work schedule. Awesome doctors and staff! My son just had his braces removed today and his teeth look fantastic! He had some challenging issues (which is why we were referred to this office) and has been under their care for the last 8 years. We were not disappointed....his transformation is nothing short of miraculous! I cannot say enough good things about this office. Not only are they knowledgeable and extremely good at their job, but they are also very kind and caring. The entire office really seems to enjoy what they do....it seems like a fun place to work! Everyone always has a smile. My youngest son is also a patient and will be for a few more years and neither one of my boys have ever complained about an appointment. In fact, my 10 year old is sometimes disappointed that his time in the chair is too short....he didn't get to finish his Xbox game! Thank you Drs. Shanker(s) and Schlueter and the entire staff! My experience with you has been phenomenal. I am extremely impressed with the pbysicinas and staff. Drs. Shanker, Shanker and Schlueter are all very competent and hands on in their work. Our daughter was jealous when our son was coming here for his braces, she wanted to know when she would be able to join the fun! Well, she just got them off, and she is a little sad that she will not be coming back. She asked if she can just come to visit. That says a lot about how good the people are who work here. How many kids WANT to visit the orthodontist? Mine did, and I am very grateful to all the people who worked with my kids. Your office made braces fun. Thank you very much!

We have been going to the doctors' office for close to 4 years. First was getting my son prepared for braces and now that his have been removed my daughter is up next. The best things about the practice is their punctuality. They are very good about honoring your appointment time. If you are late, you may have to forfeit your time and reschedule just so that they stay on time. The office is very clean; they just completed new sidewalks around the building; and the personnel are always friendly. The practice is big enough that they have office staff doing their jobs and only their jobs. The finance people seem to only do the finance things. The technicians are free to only do the work they are there for. I had one concern with my son's treatment and called to speak with a doctor. He returned my call later that afternoon and was very receptive to what I had to say. My concerns were taken seriously and the doctor and I came to an agreement on my son's treatment. His braces have now been taken off and his teeth look great. It all adds up to a well oiled machine that I would recommend to everyone.

The Doctors are excellent! The staff and doctors are always friendly, kind and helpful with their patients. I have had three children receive their orthodontic care with these Doctors. In my opinion, they are the best in the St. Louis area.
