The doctors and staff are kind and very helpful. They were always available for help and were very accommodating to my hectic schedule. They are great with children but also with adults like me who are looking for the perfect smile! I would recommend them to any age group that wants quality treatment for long term results!

The Shanker practice is a well-oiled machine. I thought that the first time I walked in, and after our 4 year relationship with them, I know it to be true. Their people are personable and well-trained. Everyone there understands the value of educating their consumer, and they are all focused on delivering a great outcome. My daughter is genetically missing a tooth, and they have been assiduous about making sure everything was done right for the next step of getting her implant. They truly understand customer service here. Only wish I'd taken my oldest there for her braces, too!

Terrific staff ! Helpful , courteous , always smiling. The doctors are great. Very convenient hours and location. If your child has to have orthodontics in south county, this is your place.

This is our family orthodontist and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff makes us feel like family and have never treated us with anything less than the utmost respect. The communication is outstanding; I always know exactly what to expect at each visit, as well as the future game plan. The payment options are wonderful as well. This office takes the time to get to know each and every patient and strives to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. It shows through their conversations, available activities ( xbox and netflix at every station, lotteries, raffles, etc) and so much more. Our family has a child and an adult both going through orthodontic services (braces) and both of us receive the same high-quality, excellent care! We are so thankful to have this office helping us with our orthodontic care!!

The prices were reasonable, they always worked with me to get good appointments, everyone was so nice and informative, most of the time they were on time, the office is kid friendly and up to date and I highly recommend going here for orthodontic work!

I cannot say enough about the positive experience we had! The results of my son's braces were outstanding. Every encounter was positive and questions were always answered thoroughly and with a smile. This office and their staff are simply amazing. Totally kid and family friendly, costumes at Halloween, the list goes on and on!! I can't thank them enough!!

The staff are very friendly and helpful all of the time. Everything was explained as to what they were doing and why. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for Colleen. She is happy to have her braces off and loves her new smile.

We are very happy with our experience. The entire staff is very welcoming at every visit, and very professional. It was always a pleasure to go to the office. After two years my son has a an amazing smile and is so happy. He always had a great smile but was not happy with his teeth. Now he smiles with lots of confidence. A great experience.

Our experience was nothing but fabulous. Everyone there is so friendly and nice and the doctors are always smiling. My teeth were so crooked and discombobulated, i couldn't even imagine myself with straight normal even pretty teeth! After a couple years of retainers and a couple with braces my teeth are finally where they should be, i would recommend to anyone to get braces because they are so worth it! I also loved the Shanker's and Schlueter Orthodontist because you always see the same familiar faces. You become friends with everyone at the office, everyone is always having fun, always so nice and always so caring! They explained to me everything they did to my mouth every step of the way on a level i could understand! I recommend them to anyone with a crooked smile!

Sonya and the other staff were very clearabout expectations and clear when answering questions about my treatment. My needs were met, and I couldn't expect anything more. This is the first dentist office where I've personally seen all the employees cheerful and very personable.

Our experience was very positive. Meredith is the second of my children to have orthodontic work with Shanker, Shanker, & Schlueter and I am pleased with the outcomes of both. From the beginning their plan of treatment was outlined clearly and then explained along the way if their were any changes. The financial side was handled well also with easy options for payment. Both of my children have beautiful teeth now.
