The staff were all very helpful and super friendly, made me feel comfortable right away. Took my call right away and booked me an appointment at a time that was most convinent for me. The office atmosphere is very pleasant and I enjoyed the music playing in the background. The dental assistant was super friendly and did her job fast and accurate. The dentist made sure I was comfortable and made sure I understood the procedures and options for my treatment. Overall a wonderful experience.

They were helpful, knowledgeable and no "BS". They told me ways to keep my (fairly) healthy mouth healthier, encouraged me on what I was doing right, and it was a very comfortable experience.

One of the best experiences I ever had with a dentist. His bedside manner was easing to getting my teeth pulled. He was very professional and made me comfortable with the outcome of getting my dentures. I recommend him to everyone that I talk to. Thank you for the welcoming and caring manner. When you walk in its a very comfortable environment and the staff is very inviting. Everything is explained thoroughly before anything is done which is very nice so there's no surprises. I definitely would recommend going to the dental office.

I hadn't been to a dentist for well over 10 years. I had a terrible experience with a different dentist, and was terrified to go back. My tooth got a hole, so I had no choice. I looked up a lot of dentists online, and decided on Spanaway Dentistry. From my first call all the way through, the whole staff went out of their way to make me at ease. They were very efficient with my insurance, and thoroughly explained all charges, offering payment plans to make things easier financially. My fear is completely gone, I realize now there is a huge difference between dentists, and here they do an amazing job, and care greatly about their patients. Dr. Lee even called after my root canal just to make sure I was ok. I fully recommend Spanaway Dentistry.

I have been utilizing Spanaway Dentistry since they opened initially. Love the GREAT Customer Service and friendly receptionist when you walk in the door. Dr. Lee is so thoughtful and professional in all aspects of his work. Love the way issues are explained and what other options might be available. Plus their office hours can be adjusted to accommodate patients.

Friendly staff, waiting room and treatment area very clean and comfortable. Each person that attended to me ask me if I had any concerns and explained to me what was being done and gave me advise on how to continue to care for my teeth. Highly recommend this place.

Hands down the best dentist I've ever gone to! Dr. Kwansoo Lee has been working with me to correct previous dental work and has brought my smile back to life. I no longer have a fear of getting dental work done. I have always been treated with the best and most gental care with amazing results when visiting Spanaway Family Dentistry. It was a very good experience. I had this condition last fall and been to 2 dentists. The first one told me that just keep on brushing. Left the practice and another dentist did some procedures that did not help and paying a hefty out of pocket and later one referring me to a specialist which it would be some expensive outcome or so. I called Spanaway Dental Clinic from the flyer that I received from the mail. Spoke with the Office Manager and looking for a specialist and instead invited me to come see the dentist for a second opinion. I made an appointment and a bit hesitant since I have been to others that didn't help me at all. The location was not really far from my place and the office/clinic is really nice, friendly staff. Met Dr Lee and within a few minutes he offered some services that was not offered by my previous dentists with the same specialty. Quite hesitant but went with the procedure and after 24 hours noticed a change while healing. The pain went away and within 48 hours noticed that my gum was in good shape and healthy again and pain went away. I can smile freely again and haven't been doing that since last fall. Now I am confident to smile again. And my mouth feels healthy again. Showed up for my follow up and I thanked Dr Lee with a big smile and he was happy too with the outcome. He gave me a good assurance before the procedure but due to the previous experiences I was kinda hesitant but I should not be.He did the best possible way without giving you the run around and did it with compassion. I gave my notice to my current dentist that I am leaving his practice and going to Dr Lee's care. Looking forward for more happy visit again with your practice. I found my recent experience to be a relaxing and professional experience. It had been years since my last visit, and I was extremely anxious and was expecting a lot of pain and grief because of the long gag. I found neither. Everyone who interacted to me was the epitome of a caring professional. Kudos to the entire staff.
