I had not been to the Dentist in 20+ years so I was expecting the usual smack down and belittling for this, Boy was I ever wrong. As soon as I walked in the door I was treated as though I was their only patient for that day. Wait time was minimal if at all. My comfort and care was their only concern and both were taken care of in a professional and friendly manner. When Dr Lee was finished he THANKED ME for coming! The staff is amazing. Cost was reasonable and joining their membership program is a great for those of us without insurance. Spanaway Family Dentistry is not just the name on the side of a building They ARE a family and you are adopted into their family on day one and it's a great family to be part of.

Our experience with Dr. Lee and Spanaway Family Dentistry has been excellent to say the least. We are extremely pleased with the friendly service along with the excellence and professional skills their team provides. My 10 year old daughter recently went in for some treatment and absolutely loved how comfortable he made the visit. The team I saw for my exam and cleaning was prompt, friendly, and efficient. The entire office, including exam room, is extremely clean and modern. I would definitely suggest this office if you are looking for a dentist in the Spanaway and surrounding areas.

This place was so family friendly. I have gone to many other dentists and always felt like number. Here they treated myself and my son like we were part of the family. The whole team was very attentive and answered all my concerns. We could not have been any happier. Can't wait for our next check up in 6 months

Amaxing experience. Everyone was sweet, kind, understanding and very patient with my 8 year old daughter and especially with my 3 year old son who didn't want to sit still at all and was beng uncooperative until the end. I would recommend Spanaway Family Dentistry to anyone and everyone. Best Dentist my family have seen by far in many years. Thank you for everything. My daughter can't wait to go back.

Very friendly and professional

Great dentist office, outstanding atmosphere and very clean. Far cry from Bright and Now Dental. Caring and family orchestrated. I have just started being seen here but love it already. They take there time to make sure your are taking care of and understand all that is going on. They are all about quality and not productivity.

An excellent new office out in Graham, Washington. Having never been before I was impressed with the decor, Keurig station and 3 playstation 2 machines for the kids. This was even before being led to the back where the two televisions, one for looking at while sitting up, one for looking at while laying down were a nice touch. Being handed the remote was even better and made the session easier to handle and felt like it flew by. This of course was after the appointment scheduling process which included texts confirming the appointment and texts the day before as a reminder. Excellent use of technology to compliment a lovely staff and brand new building with a comfortable atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the experience.

This was my very first time ever going to the dentist. Was I scared a little not knowing what to expect but everyone at the clinic was very nice, they talked me thru everything that they were going to do. They made me very comfortable and at ease. Am I going back, most definitely. I'm glad I found this clinic and I will recommend it to anyone needing a dentist. Thank you to everyone at the clinic you made my experience very pleasant and all of my fears are gone.

Overall the experienced was good. The staffs were friendly, attentive and welcoming and the place is very comfortable.

i have an extreme list of health issues. one of which i am on a walker. they were extremely senstive and kind to our family needs. we can never be grateful enough.... God bless.

I was referred by a client of mine, who highly recommended Dr. Lee. I knew I probably needed a root canal and was pleasantly surprised to find out that we could do it the same day as my initial appointment. Planning ahead on the part of the staff to allow for this saved me a return trip, like at many offices. I've had a few root canals in the past but this was by far the least painful experience, not only during the procedure, but also later. I was AMAZED that Dr. Lee called me that evening at 8:30pm to check on me. Not his receptionist, or nurse, but the Dr. himself. Unheard of in this day. How thoughtful, caring and selfless to take his time, so late into the night, to check on his patients. I've told my friends he is my new "favoritest" doctor. :D

The staff girls are super friendly and super nice! When I walked in I became a big smile and it felt great !the office looks nice and friendly . I loved the tv on the celling :) Dr lee is the best , he is a person who's taking care of his patient . He explained the X-rays and told me how to treat it. He was not in a hurry he took the time for all my questions ! He called me later at the day and asked how I'm feeling and if I have pain after the treatment .i was surprised and happy that he wanted know how I'm doing !

I was in such pain and I called mid morning and they were able to get me in that afternoon, the office was very nice and welcoming. I didn't wait long at all when I checked in, all the staff were so nice and helpful with answering questions and keeping me informed on what to expect, Dr. Lee was so friendly and answered any questions I had, pain free and completely satisfied with how fast, friendly and accommodating everybody was! Very impressed and they made me so comfortable during my pain and nervousness.

Dr. Lee is awesome! He is very friendly and explains what's wrong and what needs to be done to fix it. He did 2 crowns for me and they look and feel great. I would definitely be back to see Dr. Lee and recommend him to my friends. Staff was very nice, accommodating and professional.

Dr. Lee and his staff are excellent at what they do. The facility is clean, the appointments run on time, the doc follows up, and they handled the VA for me. Highly recommend Spanaway Family Dentistry.

Nice friendly staff who care about giving you a positive experience. Each person did great at calming my apprehension regarding going to the dentist and teaching me about dental care. Prices seem affordable so far and even offer a payment plan to help with what wasn't covered by my insurance. I will definitely continue as a regular patient at spanaway family dentistry. Thank you Dr. Lee and staff for your excellent service.
