I will gladly and highly recommend Town Creek Family Dentistry to others. Since moving into this area more than a year ago, I had not established local medical services. Those needs included dentistry. Today was my first visit with Town Creek. How surprisingly pleasant. My first expectation was quickly dashed: upon arriving, the waiting room was FULL, and I thought, "Oh, dear! I'll be here till tomorrow." To my surprise I was the 3rd patient called! My daughter, who waited with me, said during my appointment that the room had emptied and filled a number of times. Jamie was delightful to spend time with, her skills were thorough but gentle,and she gave great care in explaining every procedure. Dr. Hernandez spent more time with me and was more "hands on" at the initial visit than any dentist I've experienced. She answered all my questions to my understanding. I sense confidence in her that translates to the patient. I later enjoyed time with Donna who is a real asset to the Town Creek team. Observation of the atmosphere between staff members was encouraging, indeed. Keep up the Great Work! Your effort is obvious!

I have been a patient with Dr. Beeler and Town Creek Dentistry for almost 6 years, and recommend their warm, caring office staff and competent dentistry. Dr. Beeler takes the time to explain any procedures (such as a dental implant), and follows up the same day to check on your progress. Their dental technology is state of the art, and one day a week a professional development is provided for all staff. Everyone from the office staff, to the hygienists, to the dentists, work together as a team to provide the highest quality care. I highly recommend Town Creek Family Dentistry.

I broke a tooth about five weeks ago. I went online to check reviews and this place had the best local reviews for the Lenoir City. I went into the office and asked them if I could make an appointment. Without knowing my tooth was broken they told me their first available appointment would be in August, I informed them my tooth was broken and ask if they could refer me to someone. Once they knew I had a broken tooth within 30 minutes I was a patient and I was sitting in a chair in a back room. The dentist investigated my situation and they set me up an appointment for a root canal at a dentist in Knoxville within two days . The place they sent me to did a great job with the root canal. I stopped by today to set up an appointment for my final crown. They made an appointment within one week to get my crown made, and they will be able to do it in office. So the reviews you read are true and I’ve had a great experience so far. This facility and all their people went above and beyond and I really appreciate that.

Just moved here and didn't know what to expect having to choose a dentist. So happy I chose Town Creek Family Dentistry. Dr.Beeler & his staff are AWESOME! Every step of the process of my first visit was so pleasant, from the front desk staff to my Hygienist Alexis & my visit with Dr.Beeler. Alexis is very knowledgeable in her field. She explained every procedure and made sure I was at ease. Plus she has a super personality. After my visit with Dr.Beeler I left there feeling any dental concerns that arise in the future I know I'll be in good hands!

Having been a dental hygienist for 40 years, now retired, I knew what I expected for care. So from scheduling, to location, to check in, to hygienist, to exam, to check out, all my boxes were checked. Lovely staff, facility, “state of the art” technology experience. Thank you.

Having moved twice in the last twelve years Town Creek Family Dentistry is now my third dentist office over the last thirty years. Being new to the area here in Loudon County today was my first appointment. My overall experience after today’s appointment was absolutely outstanding. I was immediately impressed by the appearance of the waiting room and friendliness and personality of the receptionist. I was taken in on time and my hygienist was Alexa. She was very friendly and knowledgable and an overall good person to talk to with a great personality. Next I met Dr. Beeler. I think at my age you just know if you are going to click or not with your new doctor or dentist. That was a yes! He was very friendly and he took the time to explain things to me as Alexa did. Neither one of them rushed me or acted like it was time for me to leave. Overall I was very impressed with the entire experience. And the heated dental chairs with the massagers and the TVs on the ceilings is a bonus. A first for me. I am already scheduled over the next year. A great dental office!

We just moved to Lenoir city from California and we needed a new dentist. I reviewed many and decided on dr. Beeler town creek family dentistry. Had my teeth cleaned with hygienist Debbie, I honestly can say it was the best cleaning I’ve ever had and I’ve had hundreds of cleanings. Every thing in the office including the receptionist were outstanding. Dr Beeler was perfectional and very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I never write reviews but I felt I needed to do this for other people that need a dentist.

From walking in to check in up front, Ashley was friendly and made you feel welcome, then Maria was just as friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible getting me ready for a oral surgery appointment. Then of course The best dentist EVER, aka, Dr Beeler took great care of my dental issue. I’ve said it many times, if dr Beeler was my dentist many years ago, I would not be having the issues I have now. He listens to your concerns and hears you, I just can’t say enough positive about dr Beeler and his whole dental office family. So from beginning walking in till you walk out, it is “to me” like walking into a friends home❣️

I am unable to put into words how extremely happy and more than satisfied I am with the work Dr Beeler has done to restore my teeth. I can’t stop smiling! From my very first consult with Dr Beeler he has been professional and kind. He explained everything that needed or could be done for me in a way I could understand. He came up with a plan that included working with an orthodontist to straighten my teeth before hand consulting with Dr Trisler each step of the way. He worked with my endocrinologist and oral surgeon to ensure I had the best care. His staff is professional, knowledgeable and patient centered. They have a positive and friendly attitude each and every time and they make your comfort level a priority so you have a positive experience. They all have went above and beyond to help myself and my son get back our smiles. We just moved here and had many concerns about finding a "good dentist". We hit the jackpot with finding Town Creek Family Dentistry. My appointment was everything I had hoped for. I had a very short wait and then met Summer, hygenist, who was pleasant and caring. Most important she answered all my questions, and is knowledgeable & professional. I got a thourough cleaning & teeth polished. I then met Dr Beeler who went over everything with me. I felt comfortable through my whole appointment. The office is clean and equipment is up to date. The clinical staff I met were also helpful. My whole experience was exceptional! Thank you Dr Beeler!

I had rather complex work performed. The options and recommendations relating to my treatment were clear, easy to understand, and took into consideration my insurance coverage. Follow-up on treatments, upcoming appointments and after care is excellent.

I had been looking for a new dentist. My dentist of 16 yrs passed away from Covid. I thoroughly love everything about Town Creek, Lenior City. Everyone is so very nice and personable and take great pride in their work. I have found my new home, and I appreciate each and everyone of them from the bottom of my ❤️.

Regular periodic cleaning with Ali, who replaced my previous hygienist. Very polite, gentle, and active listener. She is a great addition to the staff, and I look forward to my next visit.

She is very professional and efficient in her manner. She is always able to answer my questions and alleviate any concerns that I have and always makes my visits a pleasurable experience.

Dr. Beeler is an excellent dentist with an excellent staff. Dr. Beeler has been my dentist for nearly six years and has accommodated my emergency needs as quickly as able. Even through the Coronavirus limitations for dental visitations, Dr. Beeler's office staff accommodated my situation expediently. Mostly, Dr. Beeler's work is excellent as well as offering logical recommendations. Recently I was in need of a root canal needed for a badly infected lower and far rear moller. I have had several root canals which all were uncomfortable procedures followed by extreme pain afterwards, needing pain medication to make it through the remainder of the day. My experience with Dr. Beeler's root canal procedure was a comfortable experience with absolutely no pain afterwards. Not even an aspirin was needed later. The next procedure was fitting for a bridge for which I was scheduled for a quick follow up to the root canal. I highly recommend Dr. Beeler for your quality dental needs. His entire staff makes it a pleasure to visit.

Well first I’d like to start off by saying I am scared to death of dentists. I chose town Creek family dentistry because that’s where my daughter goes. The office staff is wonderful, they make you feel at ease starting with the receptionist. Debbie the hygienist was very helpful and very calming. She’s also very funny she makes you laugh specially when you’re on gas. My next visit I was with Megan very nice young girl. She knew from the get go how nervous I was and also took the time to talk and call me down. I had to have my teeth cleaned of course, and a tooth pulled and some crowns. So had a lot of work done. I have to say I did have a big gap between my front teeth it was a big issue for me. The dentist talk to me about it and told me that he could fix it. I’d like to say how much confidence he brought back into my life. There’s not a day goes by that I don’t smile and show my teeth. That is so unlike me. So many things to town Creek family dentistry for what you have done for me. How professional but mostly how kind and understanding y’all are. Wil bringing Be bringing my whole family to you.
