The quality of care I received at Town Creek Family Dentistry was everything I was hoping for. Dr Beeler explained every procedure step by step. I didn't have to guess what was happening next. He and his hygienist put me at ease during the entire process. Since I had an extraction, which is not comfortable to begin with, Dr Beeler put me at ease to where it was over before I realized it. They are a wonderful office, from the receptionist to Dr Beeler, I was treated with kindness and care right from the start. I will tell everyone I know about Town Creek Family Dentistry. I totally recommend them. And because they are located in the Walmart shopping center, they are very convinient for me.

Dr. Beeler and staff were very pleasant, professional and friendly. The facility is impeccably clean with the latest dental equipment and comfort features. The massage/vibrating dental chair and both wall and ceiling TV's made for a very relaxing visit. More than adequate time was taken to review the findings of the exam, follow-up procedures recommended and the priority of the additional work needed. I had an excellent experience in all areas of my appointment with Town Creek Family Dentistry and would highly recommend their services to others.

Staff was friendly and caring and very helpful with every aspect of the exam. They were very welcoming and tried to make the visit as comfortable as possible. Dr. Beeler was very personable and explains everything and wants you to understand your treatment. He takes his time with you, is very thorough and genuinely seems to listen to your concerns. He doesn't make you feel rushed and he acts like he wants to help you. He also personally called to check on me after a procedure. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Beeler and his staff.

Hi, My Name is Jack and I recently found Town Creek while driving through the Wal-Mart parking lot. I had not been satisfied by my previous dentist who I believed was way over costs. When I entered I received the nicest greeting and was given a tour of the facility. The entire office was super clean and high tech. Dr. Beeler was very congenial and I discussed my dental problems with him. We then talked with Cheryl, his Office Manger, and in a short period of time I knew what the entire cost of my dental work (which was signifcantly less than I would have paid at my prior DDS) would be. The work included the extraction of a broken tooth, caps, and a neat little bridge. I have no complaints with the doctor or his staff - they form an excellent team and make the friendliest group to meet. Fact is I fell asleep in the dental chair! J.R.W.

Absolutely the best dental experience i have seen in years. The staff and professionals were awesome, caring, and gentle. The bill was explained to me before the services were done and i really appreciate that. Please everyone who needs a good dental experience, go to them and you will know for yourself that it is a wonderful experience. I am so glad i did! Thank you to Dr B and the incredible, understanding staff. You have done an awesome job on my tooth.

I was searching for a dentist in Lenoir City/Knoxville area and found a wonderful dentist office at Town Creek Family Dentistry. Staff is very knowledgeable and competent. It is obvious that this dentist and his staff focus on the needs of the patients. Highly recommend this dentist.

If ever a trip to the dentist can be called pleasant this was it. Dr Beeler and his staff at Town Creek Family Dentistry in Lenoir City were very friendly and made me feel relaxed and comfortable... especially in their heated vibrating dental chairs. I love that they had a flat screen TV in front of the patient as well as on the ceiling! Since my last dentist retired I have been looking for one that would cater to my needs and I believe Dr Beeler is the right dentist for my family now!

I was very happy with my experience at Town Creek Dentistry. The staff were very professional and friendly. The office was very clean and new with the all the latest furnishings for comfort. Everything about the office was set up in a professional atmosphere.
