I will have to say I was impressed with my 1st visit with Town Creek Dentistry. I have been searching for a new dentist and this is my 3rd one in 2 years. I think I have found my new dentist with Dr Beeler. Just went for ex-rays and a cleaning but he took a lot of time to talk to me and was very thorough and I was never uncomfortable as he did the 1st part of my cleaning. Was something new to me as I had never had the dentist to do anything with the cleaning except to check me after the hygienist was done. His staff was very friendly and professional. Didn't have anything major done and hope I don't have to any time soon. I do not have dental insurance so am looking for affordable also. Guess I will find out about that in time but as for now I am satisfied. If you are searching for a dentist you should give Dr. Beeler a try.

This was my first visit to the Town Creek Family Dentistry and I was very pleased with the services provided by Dr. Beeper and his staff, Cheryl and Claire. Upon entering the office, Cheryl the front desk receptionist was very helpful explaining the registration procedures and the options my insurance carrier would provide. After I had filled in the paperwork, Claire the dental assistant came out and proceeded to take X-rays and then escorted me to one of the exam rooms. As Claire was working, she was explaining to me what she was doing which I found very helpful Dr. Beeper came in and introduced himself. I had researched his site and learned he was a veteran as I am. We spoke for a couple of minutes about mutual service experiences and then chatted about my overall dental treatment in the past. The doctor then gave me a through exam and again during his procedures he explained what he was doing. Since I am a new resident to the area it was important to me to find a dental practice that will meet my needs. As a result of the quality of care I received at the Town Creek Family Dentistry and the comfort the staff provided I will be using this office to meet my dental needs in the future.

The quality of care I received at Town Creek Family Dentistry was everything I was hoping for. Dr Beeler explained every procedure step by step. I didn't have to guess what was happening next. He and his hygienist put me at ease during the entire process. Since I had an extraction, which is not comfortable to begin with, Dr Beeler put me at ease to where it was over before I realized it. They are a wonderful office, from the receptionist to Dr Beeler, I was treated with kindness and care right from the start. I will tell everyone I know about Town Creek Family Dentistry. I totally recommend them. And because they are located in the Walmart shopping center, they are very convinient for me.

Staff was friendly and caring and very helpful with every aspect of the exam. They were very welcoming and tried to make the visit as comfortable as possible. Dr. Beeler was very personable and explains everything and wants you to understand your treatment. He takes his time with you, is very thorough and genuinely seems to listen to your concerns. He doesn't make you feel rushed and he acts like he wants to help you. He also personally called to check on me after a procedure. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Beeler and his staff.

Absolutely the best dental experience i have seen in years. The staff and professionals were awesome, caring, and gentle. The bill was explained to me before the services were done and i really appreciate that. Please everyone who needs a good dental experience, go to them and you will know for yourself that it is a wonderful experience. I am so glad i did! If ever a trip to the dentist can be called pleasant this was it. Dr Beeler and his staff at Town Creek Family Dentistry in Lenoir City were very friendly and made me feel relaxed and comfortable... especially in their heated vibrating dental chairs. I love that they had a flat screen TV in front of the patient as well as on the ceiling! Since my last dentist retired I have been looking for one that would cater to my needs and I believe Dr Beeler is the right dentist for my family now!
