I grew up very blessed to have a great family dentist, and therefore, never developed a fear of dentists. After moving away from my hometown, I realized this was not the norm and grew concerned for my children's dentist experience. I am relieved, excited, and blessed to have found Dr. Beeler and Town Creek Family Dentistry; my kids love it and the entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Now I am confident my kids will grow up with the same love for the dentist that I have! I also look forward to building a friendship with Michelle, our hygienist, and now I understand why my mom would spend so much time catching up with the staff of my childhood dentist. Thank you, Dr. Beeler for creating a clean, comfortable, professional office space with a friendly and helpful staff!

i am new in town and trying to find a dental office for me and my family so I decided to try Town Creek Family Dentistry. I like their advanced equipment and the friendly atmosphere. Dr. Beeler is the only dentist who had spent a little time to know me. He is very knowledgeable and his staff were nice and friendly. I am glad that we found a wonder dental office.

Everyone at the practice is professional and helpful. It is quite comfortable in the waiting area and in the exam room. Both Christina and Ashley do a terrific job cleaning teeth and I like the new ultrasonic dental cleaning process. Dr. Beeler is an excellent dentist and up to date with dental knowledge and technology. Location of the office is convenient with plenty of parking.

Dr. Beeler and his staff have treated me like I was a patient for years when in fact it was my first visit. I had a cracked tooth and they went above and beyond to help me out as well as take the pain away! I am so happy I chose Dr. Beeler. You and your staff are outstanding. Thank you all so much! I think Dr.Beeler is very knowledgeable and up to date,he has all the Hi-tech toys to help him do his job right. He also has a great staff to take care of you in any way they can. One of his dental hygienist "Ashley" seems to care more about my teeth than I do, just kiddin, but pretty close and I appreciate her very much. Overall I think the whole office is great and I'll be a patient for as long as they'll have me!

I thought it was going to be difficult to find a good dentist since I am new to Tennessee. My experience with Town Creek Family Dentistry was very professional from beginning to end. I was called in within five minutes of my arrival. Dr. Beeler and his staff are very professional, caring, friendly, very detailed & thorough. Their facility is very clean and with up to date dental equipment. I highly recommend them!!

I was awaken on a Monday with a severe tooth ache, but thought it would go away. Around 2:30 that same day it was getting worse. Of course i was trying to hold out going to the dentist. I was recommended to Dr. Beeler by my HR Manager at work. I called the office and they were so helpful. The doctor had left for the day, but was able to get me in first thing that next morning. Upon just signing in for my appointment they were so welcoming. The office staff shows professionalism and are compassionate with their patients. Not only did they figure out what the problem was causing me pain, they also fixed it in the same visit. When I left from my first visit I felt as if I had known all of them my whole life. Dr. Beeler's Office is well advanced from dentist I have been to in the past. I would highly recommend Dr. Beeler to anyone looking for dental care.

I recently became a patient at Town Creek Family Dentistry. I appreciated the ability to fill out the patient forms online, rather than doing it at the dentist’s office. At the front desk, Cheryl was friendly and had verified my insurance coverage prior to my first visit. I was promptly taken in for my appointment at the scheduled time. Every room was sparklingly clean. Ashley, my hygienist, took my x-rays, was thorough with my cleaning, and frequently asked if I was comfortable. My dentist, Jeffery Beeler DDS, performed a complete exam, then considered my past dental history before making a recommendation for dental care. Overall the staff at Town Creek Family Dentistry are professional, skilled, and will take time to explain procedures and answer questions. First let me say that the Doctor Beeler and his Staff are Amazing. They will do what ever it takes to make sure you get the best care that you need. Dr.Beeler Him self has called to make sure that i was okay after he has done work on more then on occasion. Every time i go in the staff is prompt to check me in and i Never wait long before i see the Doctor. The staff makes sure i am comfortable before the Doctor gets in the room. Each time i set an appointment they set it to fit my schedule, and for me that is a BIG PLUS. I would recommend anyone to go to Town Creek Family Dentistry. They have an AMAZING DR. and STAFF.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr Jeffery Beeler is the best. He gives the easiest and most pain free dental care I have ever had. Not only is he super nice, he explains everything that he is going to do in great detail so you know what to expect. I would recommend this dental office to anyone. I can't say enough about town creek dentistry and dr beeler. We took my son to a peas attic dentist last year in an attempt to have some baby teeth pulled and we ended up having to leave. We were nervous to try again but dr beeler was very patient and my son had no pain. They also took us in last minute when our previous dentist stopes telling our insurance. I had a filing myself and have had no pain. They are very good at what they do and they care.

Five Star for all 3! I moved to Lenoir City 6 years ago and have not had good experiences with dentists prior to this visit (had tried 2 different ones). This experience made me leave feeling finally I have found a dental practice my husband and I can be happy with. Office staff--very professional and helpful regarding appointments and insurance questions Hygienist--very professional and detailed service Dr Beeler--spent more time with me in this one visit than prior dentist ever did in numerous visits. Detail and review excellent. Also appreciate concern over my satisfaction with the service. Also--love the TV on the ceiling!

Thanks so much to Town Creek Family Dentistry for a wonderful experience today with Dr. Beeler and dental hygienist Ashley. They provided the easiest cleaning and dental check I've ever had! There's nothing like enjoying a massage chair and watching TV while they take care of you! The friendly staff and warm atmosphere will keep me coming back. Great location too!

Professional and personal. The equipment is modern and state of the art. The office staff and the office itself is to the point and pleasant. Dr. Beeler is obviously well trained and experienced and, with his specialized staff, made my treatment a positive experience. My recommendation is therefore high, and the coffee after my visit is a welcome treat to forget any inconvenience that is part of any dentist visit.

I've been to many dental places BUT I must say Town Creek dentistry has been the BEST over all experience I've had, no pain in and out didn't take all day and the people are GREAT for the first time my teeth look like they use to and the price is not bad. I loved that the dentist called my home to check on me afterwards, I can't say enough good thing to express my feelings about Town Creek Dentistry So glad I found them

I will have to say I was impressed with my 1st visit with Town Creek Dentistry. I have been searching for a new dentist and this is my 3rd one in 2 years. I think I have found my new dentist with Dr Beeler. Just went for ex-rays and a cleaning but he took a lot of time to talk to me and was very thorough and I was never uncomfortable as he did the 1st part of my cleaning. Was something new to me as I had never had the dentist to do anything with the cleaning except to check me after the hygienist was done. His staff was very friendly and professional. Didn't have anything major done and hope I don't have to any time soon. I do not have dental insurance so am looking for affordable also. Guess I will find out about that in time but as for now I am satisfied. If you are searching for a dentist you should give Dr. Beeler a try.

This was my first visit to the Town Creek Family Dentistry and I was very pleased with the services provided by Dr. Beeper and his staff, Cheryl and Claire. Upon entering the office, Cheryl the front desk receptionist was very helpful explaining the registration procedures and the options my insurance carrier would provide. After I had filled in the paperwork, Claire the dental assistant came out and proceeded to take X-rays and then escorted me to one of the exam rooms. As Claire was working, she was explaining to me what she was doing which I found very helpful Dr. Beeper came in and introduced himself. I had researched his site and learned he was a veteran as I am. We spoke for a couple of minutes about mutual service experiences and then chatted about my overall dental treatment in the past. The doctor then gave me a through exam and again during his procedures he explained what he was doing. Since I am a new resident to the area it was important to me to find a dental practice that will meet my needs. As a result of the quality of care I received at the Town Creek Family Dentistry and the comfort the staff provided I will be using this office to meet my dental needs in the future.

The quality of care I received at Town Creek Family Dentistry was everything I was hoping for. Dr Beeler explained every procedure step by step. I didn't have to guess what was happening next. He and his hygienist put me at ease during the entire process. Since I had an extraction, which is not comfortable to begin with, Dr Beeler put me at ease to where it was over before I realized it. They are a wonderful office, from the receptionist to Dr Beeler, I was treated with kindness and care right from the start. I will tell everyone I know about Town Creek Family Dentistry. I totally recommend them. And because they are located in the Walmart shopping center, they are very convinient for me.

Staff was friendly and caring and very helpful with every aspect of the exam. They were very welcoming and tried to make the visit as comfortable as possible. Dr. Beeler was very personable and explains everything and wants you to understand your treatment. He takes his time with you, is very thorough and genuinely seems to listen to your concerns. He doesn't make you feel rushed and he acts like he wants to help you. He also personally called to check on me after a procedure. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Beeler and his staff.
