I have severe anxiety attacks, especially at the dentist. The staff immediately put me at ease, and the fact that it looks more like a spa than a dental office helps. You could tell that everyone really cared that I was comfortable. Thank you so much for helping me get over my fears.

Dr. Beeler is an excellent dentist with an excellent staff. Dr. Beeler has been my dentist for nearly six years and has accommodated my emergency needs as quickly as able. Even through the Coronavirus limitations for dental visitations, Dr. Beeler's office staff accommodated my situation expediently. Mostly, Dr. Beeler's work is excellent as well as offering logical recommendations. Recently I was in need of a root canal needed for a badly infected lower and far rear moller. I have had several root canals which all were uncomfortable procedures followed by extreme pain afterwards, needing pain medication to make it through the remainder of the day. My experience with Dr. Beeler's root canal procedure was a comfortable experience with absolutely no pain afterwards. Not even an aspirin was needed later. The next procedure was fitting for a bridge for which I was scheduled for a quick follow up to the root canal. I highly recommend Dr. Beeler for your quality dental needs. His entire staff makes it a pleasure to visit.

We recently moved to Tellico Village from Chicago and needed to find a new dentist. Dr. Beeler is just as wonderful as our long time dentist in Illinois. His office is conveniently located and his entire staff is friendly and professional. Recently, my 90 year old mother was visiting and developed a toothache. She was able to go immediately to the office and receive treatment. We are thrilled with the quality of care and genuine concern Dr. Beeler has given us. Several of our friends have chosen Dr. Beeler as their dentist, based on our referral, and are very satisfied.

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with the work Dr Beeler just finished on me. He is amazing along with his whole staff. Well first I’d like to start off by saying I am scared to death of dentists. I chose town Creek family dentistry because that’s where my daughter goes. The office staff is wonderful, they make you feel at ease starting with the receptionist. Debbie the hygienist was very helpful and very calming. She’s also very funny she makes you laugh specially when you’re on gas. My next visit I was with Megan very nice young girl. She knew from the get go how nervous I was and also took the time to talk and call me down. I had to have my teeth cleaned of course, and a tooth pulled and some crowns. So had a lot of work done. I have to say I did have a big gap between my front teeth it was a big issue for me. The dentist talk to me about it and told me that he could fix it. I’d like to say how much confidence he brought back into my life. There’s not a day goes by that I don’t smile and show my teeth. That is so unlike me. So many things to town Creek family dentistry for what you have done for me. How professional but mostly how kind and understanding y’all are. Wil bringing Be bringing my whole family to you.

Very clean and comfortable office. People are friendly and make sure you have what you need. Took me into my appointment within 5 minutes of checking in. My technician named Michelle was probably one of if not the best one I ever had at a dentist office. No picking or scraping my teeth till they hurt. The dentist was great to , sits and takes his time to tell you what he’s going to do or what you need done. Best dentist office I have ever been to.

All the staff were helpful, polite & professional. They have provided excellent care & answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to others. They are prompt with no long waiting. Ashley cleaned my teeth and she was absolutely the best. I've already scheduled for the next one in 6 months.

We have been here in East Tennessee for 2 years and found Dr Beeler as he was just opening his practice. His quality of care has been wonderful. The team he has put together in the 2 years we have been going is great. We have recommended Town Creek Family Dentistry to many of our friends and acquaintances and when we ask how the liked him they all said the same thing "we love him". That says it all.

My experience at Town Creek Dentistry has been excellent. I have had extensive crown work as well as cleanings, and I am very happy with the results. Dr. Beeler and his staff are dedicated to patients and their dental needs. Amenities such as dental chairs that massage and TV's in the ceiling are pluses. I recommend Town Creek Dentistry for exceptionally good, comfortable dental care.

Dr. Beeler and his staff are all exceptional. They all made me feel very comfortable and not just this visit (cleaning and exam) but my first visit when my crown fell out and they worked me into their busy schedule. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. Also a gold star for the hygienist. She was awesome.

Town Creek Family Dentistry is located between a sports store and a bed store, in a shopping strip opposite WalMart in Lenoir City. The shop-front did not deter me. Inside I experienced a warm welcome, and then the professional approach to their business. I have made three visits to TC and have been completely satisfied with the work, from evaluation and X-Rays to cleaning and a filling. The technicians were smartly efficient, with Dr Beeler's expert and careful guidance. I have used dentists in a half-dozen countries, so think I know what to expect. In football terms I rate Town Creek Dentistry -- All-Pro. When my wife goes there, she'll probably grade it -- Gourmet.

Truly the best practice I have used in 18 moves. The staff is prompt, always on time, courteous, and willing to make your visit the best ever. Having been a white knickle patient my entire life, I havenever been anxious to have any work or cleanings done with Dr. Beeler. Who is , at best, a consumate professional on all levels.

I highly recommend Dr. Beeler of Town Creek Family Dentistry. The staff is very nice and helpful. They do an excellent job explaining procedures and listening to your concerns. The office is located across from Walmart on Rte.321 Lenoir City.

The other day was a first time visit with the Town Creek Family Dentistry practice. They came highly recommended and I could not agree more. From the staff, hygienists, and Dr. Beeler - all very friendly and willing to sit and talk about any questions or problems. The office is state of the art with heated chairs that vibrate for relaxation. There were 2 big screen TV's - one on the wall in front of the chair and the other on the ceiling. The hygienist cleaned my teeth with a high pressure water spray - no scraping needed. After all was done she handed me a warm, scented wet towelette to wipe down the inside of the mouth. I know this all sounds expensive but his costs were actually far less than any previous DDS. K.

When we moved to the area from out of state one of our concerns was being able to find a Dentist. We wanted to find someone that we could trust, someone that would have our best interests in mind for our dental care. We have found that and more with Dr. Beeler. We are very happy that we have become Patients here. It is comfortable environment with up to date equipment, and a staff that is caring. On top of that Dr. Beeler has served our country, he is US Navy veteran.

Having recently moved to the area, we selected Town Creek Family Dentistry for our dental care. We received cleanings and restoration care from Dr. Beeler and his staff. The office is bright, clean and up-to-date in every respect. The quality of service is excellent and the dental experience is very pleasant and comfortable which is a big statement from one of us who does not enjoy going to dental offices. We are more than pleased to highly recommend Dr. Beeler and his office.

I had a great experience at Town Creek Family Dentistry. The office is very comfortable. They have tv in the exam rooms. The hygentist was very gentle. The dentist is very competent. He does not push unnecessary procedures on you like previous dentists I have seen. The staff is friendly. The office is conveniently located and I can always get an appointment that meets my schedule.
