For various reasons, it had been several years since my last dentist appointment. I was nervous that I would be guilted or that I would land myself in a pushy office, trying to sell me expensive cosmetic work. My nerves proved to be completely unnecessary at Vista Ridge. I made the appointment several weeks in advance, due to limited availability, but the office put me on their list to call when appointments were cancelled. Three times they called with available appointments, but due to my own scheduling, I couldn’t make them. Regardless, I appreciated the effort. Every staff member I spoke to was kind and knowledgeable. My dental hygienist put me at ease by listening to my questions and explaining everything she was doing. Dr. Patel was incredibly friendly and approachable. The whole team worked to prepare a plan of care for me that included a complete breakdown of pricing, including insurance estimates and payment options. Overall, I am happy to have found such a great fit in dental care and will absolutely be bringing my family in as well.

As Owen’s Mom and current patient, I appreciate the care and genuine concern I have experienced at Vista Ridge Family Dentistry. I’ve had terrible Dental experiences and wanted to find a practice that my family could be apart of and not just feel like another patient to them. Vista Ridge Family Dentistry far surpassed my expectations. I’ve now been with them almost 5 years and now love going to the dentist. This has never been words out of my mouth before! Dr Kerr and Dr Hedgecock are the best! They take the time to not only give you an exam, but also provide that personal connection. And Sarah, she is nothing short of amazing! She is a big reason why I decided to make Vista Ridge the practice for my family! She cares for her patients (young and ok) and really takes the necessary time with her patients. She forms a bond with her patients which allows them to really trust her! I appreciate everything they have done for me, and more so my 4 year old. If you want a professional, caring, friendly environment, Vista Ridge Famimy Dentistry is the place for you and your family! Thank you for helping me like going to the dentist again!

This office always manages to make me feel as if I am the most important patient they are treating that entire day! Dr Kerr is very friendly, gentle & capable. I have always found him to give excellent dental care to myself & other members of my family. His staff is courteous & helpful from the front desk to hygiene & dental assistants. I definitely recommend this office for high quality dental care for both adults & children.

The whole experience with VR Dentistry is positive. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Patel is by far the best dentist i have ever had! She so professional, personal and easy to 5alk to. I don't like going to the dentist until i came to VRD!! Her asst Nicole or whoever is helping her are thorough and pleasant! Now.... Friendly, pain free

I had three fillings and two crowns. Dr. Patel and her assistant were very professional and friendly. They accommodated my every request and provided me with a comfortable atmosphere. I would gladly recommend your office and services.

I found the doctors and staff to be professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. All were concerned with my comfort throughout the procedure. All my questions were answered. I never felt hurried. I look forward to many years of great care here!

As usual at Vista Ridge Family Dentistry, the friendly staff makes every effort to make you comfortable, even for unpleasant procedures (like a tooth extraction). This time it was Nicole, the Registered Dental Technician, and Dr. Supriya Patal. Both explained very carefully the procedure and also told me what they were doing when they did it.(Besides the extraction I had a graft so I could consider an implant next year.

Dr. Kerr is very compassionate! Definantly operates under the mission of pain free dentistry... he was able to keep me (someone with VERY high dental anxiety) Calm and comfortable for my entire procedure. He was even able to provide needles numbing. Elise the hygienist is exceptional and acknowledge, and took every measure possible to make sure I was COMPLETELY comfortable at all times. They are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

It was amazing. The hygienist took the time to talk to me and explain everything, She was gentle and effective. All of the staff is great and caring I will not go anywhere else.

I've been going to Vista Ridge Family Denistry since they opened in Cedar Park. Everyone has been very professional, done great work and are extremely helpful in my dental health program. I highly recommend them!

I suffer with Rheumatoid Arthritis,so dentist appointments are painful. Dr. Kerr and staff made my visit very comfortable. Allowing me to take breaks during treatment to relax my jaw and stretch my joints. They're always friendly and having fun and I love the music they play during my visit. Most of all, I love the quality of care.

I have always received the best care with no problems during or after Vista Ridge Family Dentistry. Everyone on the phone, Dr. Kerr, every Dr., the dental assistants, and financial, on every visit has been friendly. All my questions have been answered and dental care was explained on each visit. I have referred family, friends, and even work associates who have all thanked me later for letting them know about a great dentist office.

I had a great experience with Vista Ridge family dentistry. My dental hygienist Sam was very thorough and very outgoing. He did a great job on my annual cleaning. The entrie staff was top notch! They also gave me a free take home teeth whitening kit which was very thoughtful. I will definitely be back :)

I love EVERYTHING about Vista Ridge Family Dentistry. The moment I walk in the door I am greeted by friendly faces and huge smiles that are sure to brighten anyone's day. It's just like seeing your family you haven't seen in a while and being greeted with nothing but love. They get to know you and make sure that you are comfortable from start to finish. The quality of care is beyond anything I could ever ask for. There are not many people who look forward to visiting the dentist, but I am thankful for my Vista Ridge family who always take great care of me. They are not only concerned about my teeth, but make sure that I'm doing well in my every day life. That is what FAMILY is all about. I couldn't ask for a better family and will refer everyone I know to experience the love, cleanliness and quality of care Vista Ridge has to offer. This place is always amazing!! The girls there make you smile and feel welcomed. Sarah and nicole were my teeth cleaning experts today!!! They are gentle when taking the X-rays and work very well together!!! Defiently love coming here, they are like one big family!!! Come here!
