From arrival to departure, everyone was very pleasant. Sam was terrific! He noted my anxiety, and handled it professionally. April was very helpful and knowledgeable while going over my benefits with me. I hope to be a long time patient here!!

I was very happy that I got in the same day the doctor and staff were so kind even though I was there during lunch. I really am pleased and can't wait to make this dental office my home office. Brittany was awesome as well she took care of me from the beginning till the end.

I have to say that I felt more "at home" during my very first appointment at Vista Ridge than I did with my previous dentist who treated me for more than 10 years. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Finding a dentist who is mindful of the financial hardship that accompanies restorative treatment is very rare. I was very appreciative of Dr. Kerr's efforts to try to save me money by offering options for treatment. My only regret is not making the switch to VR Family Dentistry sooner!

I love the knowledge and education behind prevention of anything of concern. I felt relaxed and at home but most important apart of the dental family.

As a new patient having just relocated to Cedar Park from out of state, I was a bit nervous that my experience at Vista Ridge Family Dentistry would not meet my expectations. That said, I was extremely shocked that not only were my expectations met, they were far exceeded. I had an appointment for a cleaning with concerns about a complicated wisdom tooth extraction. First, I loved being able to watch not 1 but 2 TVs during the cleaning. That put me at east right away! In addition, the staff were very kind, efficient and accommodating. At one point, I was asked if I would like a blanket because they noticed I was cold! Sam, the Hygienist was great! He made me feel comfortable and I received excellent care. The staff was very thorough. Dr. Kerr also went out of his way to help me find a referral I needed for the extraction. I left feeling important, healthy and very well cared for.

I really liked the friendliness of the staff and Dr. Max. I enjoyed my visit with Sam my hygienist. Sam performed a great cleaning! Thanks for the great care!

Walking in I will admit I was a little bit nervous but the environment and staff quickly calmed my nervousness. I felt like I was actually being taken care of and not just being told I needed procedures done. The x-ray process was the most comfortable and painless experience I've ever had when getting them done. I will definitely be making Vista Ridge Family Dentistry my place to go since I recently moved to the area.

My children and I had a wonderful experience. All the dental staff were friendly and I was very impressed at how thorough and knowledgable the dental hygienist and dentist were. We will definitely be back!

Dr. Kerr is genuinely amazing. Having come from an awful experience at Omni Dental (neve, never, never go there!) I was stressed and nervous. They immediately set me at ease. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistant were calm, gentle, efficient and professional. They all work so beautifully together and there is so much respect shown to the patient and everyone involved in patient care. This is so refreshing and instilled much-needed reassurance. I like them so much I cancelled my old dental insurance and am switching to one that lets me go to this wonderful office. I highly recommend them especially if you have anxiety about going to the dentist. Just a lovely expereince! And I never thought I'd say that about going to the dentist. This level of quality is rare in this day and age.

Thankful for the staff being very accommodating. I had a toothache and I was able to get in the same day, even as a new patient. Very welcoming and friendly staff and my doctor was great as well. I have been in search of a dentist ever since mine retired so I am very pleased to find this office and I will be sure to tell everyone about Vista Ridge!

I've moved a lot. Because of this I've had a lot of dentists. Some were great, some fine, and no one has been awful. I'm working with a decent amount of samples, and I can confidently say that in regard to first visits, Vista Ridge stood out as the best. They were friendly, accommodating, and the three people attending to me seemed very knowledgeable. It's clear they have worked to develop a strong culture of customer service and professionalism.

Everyone was very friendly at Vista Ridge. Dr. Kerr has a great personality. If you are looking for a dentist that cares about the health of your teeth you won't be disappointed. The hygienist was very thorough. She explained what she was doing and what to expect. Dr. Kerr made the time to call me when I had some concerns regarding some dental work that I need. The office is conveniently located, plenty of parking. Overall I had a good experience with my first visit to Vista Ridge.

I went in to have a crown re-cemented. The office staff and Dr. Kerr were all very pleasant, thorough and helpful. The office is also very nice, to include TVs above the treatment chairs. Would highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable and at home. Britney made Micaela feel very calm and relaxed which is very important because she is very nervous about medical and dental issues.
