I feel like I've had the first real dental exam in 12 years. I can't remember the last time I had such a thorough examination of my teeth and mouth. I know that the first exam is a little more thorough, but I really feel that I've been comprehensively evaluated and not just been given a cleaning. Additionally, the staff is friendly, personable, and positive. It was a really good experience.

Please know that the customer service from Dr. Kerr and his friendly staff is second to none. I've been very pleased with both the efficiency and quality of the dental care I have received. Both my wife and I are extremely happy with the Dr. Kerr and his staff. Vista Ridge Family Dentistry makes visiting the dentist a more pleasurable experience.

Having recently moved to the area, we were looking for a new family dentist. After doing a little research on Google we chose Vista Ridge Dentistry. Had our first visit today and are we ever pleased! The facilities are great and modern - but not so much that you feel like you are making a huge payment to someone's Cadillac every time you visit. And the entire staff could not have been more courteous, professional and just down right pleasant. They took the time to explain what they were going to do, ensured your comfort and really made you feel at ease during the entire visit. Actually it was a pain-free visit for both of us - and we're the type that are sometimes skittish with dentists. There were absolutely no high pressure sales or scare tactics to try to get other work done. We both are older patients and know that we have some old fillings that will eventually need replacement. They operate by the philosophy of "If it ain't broke - don't fix it." We highly recommend Vista Ridge Dentistry to anyone that is looking for a dentist who treats their patients with respect and professionalism. Thank you Dr. Kerr and staff. See you in six months.

I am new to Cedar Park and have not been to the dentist in a long time. I did not know who to choose but am very happy that I went to Vista Ridge. They gave me exceptional care. I will be a customer for a long time!

I owe more than just my dental health to Dr. Kerr and his staff. After waiting almost a year post-botched dental work, I reluctantly sought out a new dentist. I came across Vista Ridge Family Dentistry through various internet reviews, and I am thankful I chose them. Previous dental experiences had turned me into a nervous patient and these folks have reversed a great deal of that. The initial appointment for xrays and cleaning was handled with care by Sarah and Dr. Kerr. Things were explained the entire time, and no one started poking at my most sensitive teeth without letting me know first. They actually listened to and addressed my concerns about a painful molar without a cavity that prevented me from chewing on one side. I worked with Natalie (I think?) to schedule my upcoming fillings, and was blown away at how great this office is at working with their patients from scheduling to billing. Your treatment plan is laid out for you, and there is no pressure to hurry anything along. I received excellent care once more when I returned for my fillings. Dr. Kerr even fixed the sensitivity issue with my molar. Thanks to some light sedation, I didn't embarrass myself too much with my shaking and jumpiness. During one of the initial discussions with Dr. Kerr, I mentioned my inability to breathe out of my nose (for the better part of 6 years) and he encouraged me to see an ENT. I have seen many doctors over the years for the issue, and gave up on it after treatments failed to help. It was pinned on allergies, and never once did a doctor tell me it wasn't normal and send me to an ENT. Long story short, I took Dr. Kerr's advice, and was shocked to learn that I had a tumor/polyps that needed quite a bit of surgery. Just days after that surgery, my quality of life had already drastically improved. Pathology on everything they removed came back benign, and I haven't been able breathe this well in at least 6 years. I am so thankful for the overall care and compassion and owe many aspects of my improving health to Vista Ridge Family Dentistry.

Vista Ridge Family Dentisty delivers professional care with a family style atmosphere. I have never felt more at home with any other Dental Office. Dr. Kerr and his staff have been absolutely amazing. I was on the fence about choosing my dental provider until a family friend suggested Vista Ridge Family Dentistry. Now that I've had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Kerr and his staff and experiencing the quality care that one would hope to expect in a Dentist, I'll never change providers. Unfortunately, this site only allows you to select five star coverage because if ten stars were available I would have chosen that option. If you are on the fence like I was...take the dive and check them out. You won't be disappointed!!!
