Kiara was my loan lender and she was absolutely amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and no matter what questions I had she answered them and she was always available no matter what time. She took over my loan process after another loan company could not get there selves together. She made my loan happen in two weeks what was taking the other company 2 months and still not close. I have had the privilege to work with Christine and Patty twice in two years selling and purchasing a home. These ladies helped make a stressful situation very painless! Christine is great with getting the ball rolling, explaining every step of the process in layman terms and making sure you are comfortable with wherever you want your budget. Patty is the last leg of the relay and she brings it all together and adds the final touches. Both ladies have provide great customer service, are professional, prompt, and patient. I also want to brag on the front desk staff and the person that answers the phone which may be the same person but she was always cheerful and pleasant to talk to. When you walk into their very convenient location you will always be made to feel welcomed!
