I can not say enough positive things about our experience with First Integrity and Kiara Johnson. Kiara was so helpful dealing with our financing as we relocated from Oregon to the St.Louis area. She insisted that I call her on her personal cell phone anytime with questions or concerns. She was so friendly, easy to work with, and extemely knowledgeable. Geri the vice president also took the time to meet with me and my wife personally when there was a miscommunication with one of the finance people and ended up getting us an even better loan than we had originally been approved for. We love First Integrity and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

I was referred to Fist Integrity by the Bank who holds my car loans and close friend who works there. I worked with Denise for my home loan who was wonderful. What I valued is I felt like she was helping educate me, rather than sell me. I was a first home buyer and did a lot of self education before talking to a lender. Unlike the other lenders I shopped Denise did not apply pressure and use the ambiguity of home loans as a means to get my business. She explained every detail and was very prompt to all my inquires throughout the process, and there were A LOT! There was also excellent communication from the underwriter Geri throughout the process and all deadlines were met. We found out pretty late in the game that I would not be receiving the MHDC First time home buyers money as expected, at no fault to the lender - just my spouse becoming employed. This changed everything as I was now coming out of pocket a lot more than anticipated. First Integrity was able to work with me and met all my needs financially. All in all I received OUTSTANDING service and received my home loan for the best rate and lowest fees. Needless to say, I would highly recommend First Integrity for a home loan.

Kiara, Geri and Patty were excellent. Professionally they went above and beyond. I Love the fact that I could call at any time with questions. Although it was stressful for me, they reassured me and made sure I didn't worry. I currently have two people that are about to buy a house they will be using this company. I searched specifically for the lenders name as I had refinanced with someone before and had a great experience. I learned that she was no longer working but her son was for First Integrity and took great care of us. I can not say enough great things about Tim. He was the best part of our house purchase process. He was always quick to respond to questions, he even had knowledge of those outside the lending spectrum. I would recommend him and the First Integrity team to anyone!

Incredible service. We were referred because our previous lending agent messed up our application at the last minute. Michael Burge was able to work incredibly quickly and efficiently to get us into our house with only an 8 day delay. He and his staff were so polite and helpful. I was referre over to Tim Whitmire at First Integrity by my real estata agent. Our existing lender was giving us trouble about dropping PMI even though we had met all the requirements. Tim laid out the process and cost/fee estimates in great detail which I loved. He gave us several options on loan durations and advised us on the best options given our situation and preferences. He and Patty were very responsive and flexible on when they could meet. Tim was really accurate in his fee estimates and everything cost just a little less than he said. The appraiser he used was very professional, and Tim worked hard to get us to closing before April 15th which was very important. We were paying for all the fees up front rather than rolling them into the loan and Tim even calculated how many months it would be for a break even since I let him know that we could be selling our house in the next year or so. I would highly recommend Tim and the team at First Integrity.

Tim Whitmire was professional and completely on top of things. He also listened to the specifics of what I was saying. Many times I would be working with Tim via phone while at work and he was very understanding of the hectic nature of my job and respectful of my time. He took the time to explain all of my questions in a way that made sense to me and he was reliable and prompt with his responses. Patty Birkenmeier was my loan coordinator and she was just wonderful. I didn't expect to receive reassurance from my loan coordinator but I did. :) I was quite stressed trying to figure out how to wire money the day before the closing and Patty reassured me that it would all be fine, emailed me instructions on how to wire money and offered to stay on the phone to walk through the entire process with me. Her genuine helpfulness and reassurance was such a comfort to me.
