Our agent Tim Whitmire was excellent! He contacted us as soon as he heard we were in need from our realtor. He worked quickly and was able to obtain a pre-approval for us within 48hrs. Without his quick work, we would not have been able to submit a contract on our new home. He was very detailed in his work and presented many options to us and explained every fee and where each dollar was going. Overall, we found First Integrity to be extremely responsive and quick in every aspect. The quality was excellent, and we feel we received the best rate possible. We are extremely happy and pleased with the service!

There were extra steps that had to be taken during the process and a few obstacles that came along and Tim kept me up to date every step - with honesty. He never mislead me at all and ALWAYS answered my calls and/or emails immediately. I got nervous one evening about something so I called and left a message for him to call me the next morning - he didn't wait and called me back before 8pm.
