I was not supposed to be a homeowner...according to 4 mortgage brokers I worked with. It was discouraging and heartbreaking to say the least. My student loan debt is sky high and I was told no multiple times. However, the no I received in 2017 also came with a plan to get me to a YES! Kiara Johnson understood my plight and told me how to get to my ultimate goal. I’ve never meet ANYONE so dedicated to their customers! She answered text messages at all times of day...she explained things with the utmost detail. She believed when I didn’t! I can’t say enough about Kiara and all of the people I worked with at First Integrity! What an amazing group of people! I closed on my first home and I could not be more excited! Kiara is caring, knowledgeable and just an overall GOOD person. I’m so overjoyed with the service I received! She is a real gem and has been a Godsend for me and my family. Patty Birkenmeier was also an integral part of the process. She was quick to respond and made sure I knew every step and every document that was needed. I’m kinda sad that I’m not working with them anymore...LOL. I am recommending this company and Kiara to Any and everyone I meet who is looking for a home!

Everything was perfect. I cannot express enough how much value Christine Elbert added to the whole home buying process. She not only was more than willing to answer any questions that I had, but she made the entire process fun. The process took two years due two a short sale and false information giving by other bankers. Kiara was stuck with me through the penalty period and found out the exact date that I could buy. Her and Patty made sure I had all information needed and other items that get completed. I was excited about possibly getting some of the first time buyer funds, but Kiara advised me that it would not benefit me. Not many people will tell you No when it may make you upset, but she was concerned about my long term payments. I appreciate your front desk staff and their greeting and helping me get paperwork to the right people. I will always refer to Kiara and First Integrity!
