Due to Airline issues, we were not going to make it to the store AHM before they closed, my husband spoke with Sonny, and he agreed to hang around the store until we could get there. I am so grateful he did or our entire vacation (which hadn't started out great) could have been ruined since we needed the carts for two 80-year-olds to take to their dream vacation. (Mt Rushmore and Yellowstone) Thank you for everything!!

Thank you for an excellent experience with Affinity's mobility rental. Professional help with delivery and pickup made a smooth transition to our hotel. We had the best experience with Affinity Home Medical. We rented a scooter for a week to tour through the national parks. DJ was very helpful and demonstrated now to take the scooter a part and put it back together. Also being open no Saturdays was so fantastic. We will use your services again. DJ delivered a fully automatic hospital bed for my daughter with Cerebral Palsy quadriplegia. We were told a week ahead the date and approximate time of delivery. They were right on time. DJ called that morning to confirm the delivery schedule. About half hour before arriving he again checked in. We were happy to meet this courteous and thoughtful professional. He made sure that the bed was set up where we wanted and all the packing materials were carried back to his truck. After set up he clearly explained the operation of the bed and the warranty. An exterior part of the bed that had no baring on function had been damaged in shipping. He brought it to my attention and said that he would be back to switch it out with a new one, which he did. DJ was courteous, respectful and dependable.

Dan was very informative with all my questions I had. The weight of the scooter for lifting into the back of our SUV. Also if it could be taken on a plane or cruise ship. The model we picked can be taken on a plane with the single battery. (GOGO ELITE Traveler 2 four wheel). Dan showed us how to dismantle the seat, the battery, and rear drive wheels too make the scooter easier to lift into the car. No complaints at this time. Thanks Dan for all the help you gave me and my wife.

I cannot say enough good things about Affinity Home Medical. I recently asked for their help with my husband’s wheelchair which had a broken back because I had spent months trying to get it fixed by another store where I had bought the wheelchair. DJ was awesome to work with and he always got back to me. I felt he went above and beyond by listening to our problem, helping us deal with the warranty and getting it fixed before he said it would be done. Everyone in the store treated me well. They are also open on Saturday which has saved the day more than once. Affinity is THE store to go to for home medical equipment and stellar service!

Thank you to DJ at Affinty Home Medical. We needed to rent a wheelchair for temporary use and thankfully Affinity Home Medical was open on Saturday. DJ made sure we knew how to use the wheelchair and showed us all of the features and adjustments. While he was making sure all of the parts were functioning properly, he noticed the brakes were very difficult to fully engage. After unsuccessful adjustments, he gave us a different wheelchair to use. Had he not taken the extra time to check out the equipment, it would have been hours of extra time for us to get a different wheelchair and we would not have had use of a fully functioning wheelchair until Monday. Thank you for your excellent level of service.

As we had just dropped off my wife’s previous mobility device, he brought two examples of what we were thinking of to our vehicle so she could try both of them. He showed us how to adjust them and made suggestions about features that were positive about each separate item Once we had selected the walker, he helped custom fit it to my wife, and then gave us great service during the checkout

My experience was excellent! I was serviced by DJ Atè. I came in to look for a pair of arm crutches and he was super knowledgeable about the American vs. European version. I wound up going with the American version. It better fit my needs even though the European pair was cheaper. I was truly happy he took time to explain the products!!!!
