I recently purchased a wheelchair for my 93-year old aunt from Affinity home Medical. DJ and Dave explained the differences between chairs very well, were responsive to our questions, and made useful suggestions. They were particularly kind and thoughtful when interacting with my aunt. It was a very positive experience and recommend them highly. Exceptional!!

I cannot say enough good things about Affinity Home Medical. I recently asked for their help with my husband’s wheelchair which had a broken back because I had spent months trying to get it fixed by another store where I had bought the wheelchair. DJ was awesome to work with and he always got back to me. I felt he went above and beyond by listening to our problem, helping us deal with the warranty and getting it fixed before he said it would be done. Everyone in the store treated me well. They are also open on Saturday which has saved the day more than once. Affinity is THE store to go to for home medical equipment and stellar service!

Not only did they promptly answer all of my questions, but he also went above and beyond to ensure I was fully satisfied with my purchase. As for the product itself, I had rented the same model scooter for a week prior to purchasing a new one. It’s not often that you go into a store and get someone that stays with you and works through all of the choices without feeling Hurried. Thank you to DJ at Affinty Home Medical. We needed to rent a wheelchair for temporary use and thankfully Affinity Home Medical was open on Saturday. DJ made sure we knew how to use the wheelchair and showed us all of the features and adjustments. While he was making sure all of the parts were functioning properly, he noticed the brakes were very difficult to fully engage. After unsuccessful adjustments, he gave us a different wheelchair to use. Had he not taken the extra time to check out the equipment, it would have been hours of extra time for us to get a different wheelchair and we would not have had use of a fully functioning wheelchair until Monday. Thank you for your excellent level of service.

D.J. Provided amazing customer service. As we had just dropped off my wife’s previous mobility device, he brought two examples of what we were thinking of to our vehicle so she could try both of them. He showed us how to adjust them and made suggestions about features that were positive about each separate item Once we had selected the walker, he helped custom fit it to my wife, and then gave us great service during the checkout

My experience was excellent! I was serviced by DJ Atè. I came in to look for a pair of arm crutches and he was super knowledgeable about the American vs. European version. I wound up going with the American version. It better fit my needs even though the European pair was cheaper. I was truly happy he took time to explain the products!!!!

We had a wonderful experience at your store. We came in not really knowing what to expect or how many models of rollators we might be able to try. Your staff was extremely helpful and gave us several pointers about what type of walker would be best for my mom. D.J. Ate' was very attentive and informative but he also allowed us the time and space we needed to make a decision about what would be best for my mom. We left your store with exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend your store and location to anyone who was looking for medical equipment to assist an aging loved-one.

DJ helped us find the best lift for our needs. He measured the lift’s dimensions to be sure it would fit through our doorways. It was delivered the next day. Affinity has a multitude of services to help with medical needs including some amazing walkers, Golden lift chairs and scooters. The variety of lift chair's and scooters fit every need and budget. They stand behind their products and make sure their customer's are happy and taken care of. Sonny and DJ were very helpful and made sure all of our concerns and needs were taken care of. They bend over backwards to take care of their customers.

Affinity Home Medical was a referral from my Dad’s physical therapist. My dad is 98 and suddenly became immobile. We needed immediate assistance to get an alternating pressure mattress with a medical bed. I was out of town when this all occurred. . Affinity Home Medical was incredible to work with. Tina who runs the office, places the orders and schedules delivery and setup was very patient and timely with her communication. DJ handled the delivery and setup of the bed. He was very efficient and kind to my dad and his caregiver. I highly recommend Affinity Home Medical to anyone in need of home medical assistance . It is a stressful position to provide care and equipment for our elderly or disabled and they handled my situation with the urgency that I was dealing with. Thank you Tina and DJ!!!
