My wife was battling cancer and had to have a NG tube as she could no longer eat. I struggled to find a machine to give her relief but the owner of your company went out of his way to help us out. I believe thus company is there for more than just profit. If you’re kind profit and success just comes. Thank you so much.

Went in one day and Dave showed us all models spent along time with us. I couldn’t decide. Went home and. Week or so later came in, didn’t see Dave but D.J. Was there. He helped us just as good as Dave did. No pressure. No rush. Very good customer service for both of them. I have had my walker fixed there before. Great service. I bought the Golden Buzz around LX. I have taken it out for long rides. So fun. Thank you both.

While the 14 day return policy is very stringent, the customer service and assistance to provide the right product and pricing make Affinity Home Medical a very desirable company to partner with for mobility so our final review is 5 stars.

Affininity was amazing! DJ is incredibly awesome! I kept asking questions and sometimes the same ones cause I would forget what he said and he was so caring and patient!! And he and Mike did a great job delivering my recliner. My physical therapist said I had to get a new recliner, my old one was really bad for my back and hip problems and he gave several specific features that I had to find in a recliner and DJ helped me find one exactly the kind I need to help me. And it was in my favorite color, aqua. I don’t know how to put these reviews on Google, so maybe one of y’all can do that for me! Thanks for the wonderful service!

Affinity Home Medical was amazing during our stay in Deer Valley. One of our family members unexpectedly needed medical equipment support late on a Saturday afternoon. The Affinity Home Medical team was very efficient in making sure we had what we needed and arranged for equipment pick up after we left our hotel. Thank you very much for your professionalism and kindness during a very stressful time.

I have come to Affinity on several occasions for medical supplies and the staff are always helpful, even to assist with equipment purchased elsewhere when parts or repairs are needed.

We appreciated the timely service in providing a home care bed. All the staff were informative, friendly and pleasant to deal with. Danny, the delivery person did a great job in delivering and setting up the bed.

Great selection and very helpful staff!

We had the best experience with Affinity Home Medical. We rented a scooter for a week to tour through the national parks. DJ was very helpful and demonstrated now to take the scooter a part and put it back together. Also being open no Saturdays was so fantastic. We will use your services again. Highly recommend this company.
