I was shopping for a specific kind of wheelchair. The staff was friendly. knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive. I am from out of state and my husband and I went to other suppliers to compare products. No other business offered us the kind of service you did. I love my chair, I am well pleased with the way I was treated by your service representative and I plan to continue doing business with your company

From the moment I walked in the door, I felt a warm, welcoming, and helpful spirit. (This in spite of the fact that I arrived 15 minutes before closing time.) There was a cheerful energy and enthusiasm that made me feel comfortable and confident that I had found the right place. The service was courteous and efficient as the manager determined my specific needs. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in making recommendations and helping me to make the best choice from the available options. I had a very positive experience that exceeded my expectations. My experience with Affinity was in sharp contrast to my efforts to purchase my needed appliance the day before at a competing medical supply store. We had been referred to them and blindly followed the referral with very unsatisfactory results. We spent half a day trying to communicate my needs and evaluate available solutions. We returned 3 different times and spent half a day on what should have been a simple project. I was so discouraged and disheartened with the treatment and unprofessional service. Each time I returned it was like starting all over again with no continuity or communication. I had given up on purchasing my necessary medical device prior to my next day airplane trip to Asia. I have never really put a lot of stock in internet ratings, but I looked on Google to see if there was another option. Affinity Home Medical showed up with the highest ratings, so I decided to give them a try, in spite of my native skepticism. I also checked the rating for the supplier with whom I had the negative experience the prior day … their rating was the lowest of those I checked (producing new faith in the benefits of ratings reviews). My experience with Affinity Home Medical was terrific and especially remarkable after my prior frustration. I found them to be worthy of their high ratings and I will be a loyal customer for any future products or services I may require.

I have been a customer for several years. I have had a good experience each time I visited Affinity. I appreciate the friendly, courteous service of the staff, who answer my questions. They are knowledgeable about their products and offer advise and suggestions that are helpful. I am pleased with the products I have purchased, and will continue to be a satisfied customer in the future. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I really enjoyed our experience today. They were most helpful not to mention how friendly they were. Our sells person (David) had a smile and greeted us with it as soon as we walked through rhe door. He was very knowledgeable about the chair lifts and the different features they all had. But the reason we went there was to get compretion wraps for my mother-in-law. He was not pushy at all. He helped her get these on order. I would definitely go back and definitely refer others to go to this place. Thank you Affinity and especially our sells rep. David.

We visited Affinity for the first time last week and were very impressed. The staff was very cordial and polite from the time we walked through their front door. They were very knowledgeable also. Sonny was the person who assisted us. We have had "not too good"experiences at Alpine and have decided to drop them. They are very arrogant. Customer service is not Alpine's motto. Affinity Home Medical personnel are so knowledgeable about their equipment. They understand the different needs of their customers and most importantly, they care very much about the customer. They are willing to help you find the right equipment that works for you. My experience with Affinity Home Medical was outstanding, I will continue to use them in the future. Their showroom is clean and easy to get to. They understand the medical and insurance world and are so helpful in finding was to save you money.
