Thank you so much for the great help given in such a quick and timely manner. My recliner lift chair had stopped working, would not move at all. Called Affinity first thing in the morning and Dan came to check things out early afternoon. He figured out what was wrong and then informed me that the part would take a week to get here. After explaining to him that due to some health issues I sleep in the chair Dan came up with some other ideas on how to solve the situation. He returned to the shop took some parts off of other chairs and returned later that same afternoon and fixed the chair!! Really appreciate Dan's concern, help, patience, kindness, problem solving, and effort to get my chair working!! Thank you!

Amazing service and great prices compared to other home health options!

Affinity answered the phone on the second ring, cheerfully checked to make sure the items I needed were in stock. This was done quickly while I waited on the phone. Walking into the store convinced me to shop here in the future. Bright and welcoming. A large selection of items I've not seen elsewhere plus all of the other "regular" items. Cheerfully greated by the staff who quickly helped me assess which of two items would work best for me. Bravo. I would highly recommend others to check out Affinity for Health Care Items.

Affinity Home Medical did a great job for me. I bought a used jazzy air 2 and they just gave me excellent service on it. I had a few problems and they were always there ready for me and help me out many times so I really appreciate them Bob Kitchen.

We had a problem with alpine medical and they had delayed us weeks from getting our medical equipment and kept promising it would be here before the surgery then they promised it would be here the day he got home from the hospital and again it wasn’t then we fought 2 days for his medical equipment and they kept telling us yes it was approved then the next day no it wasn’t approved what a joke my husband spent 2 days home with no walker and finally our workmen’s comp nurse went ahead and called allegiant medical and found out they could send us out all three things we needed that day. We just needed to pay with our charge card and then workers comp would reimburse us I gladly said yes knowing we wouldn’t have to deal with alpine medical again. Within one hour of paying them for our walker, shower seat, raised toilet seat we had them all at our home and the delivery guy happily brought them in for me and got them set in my front room. Absolutely loved the experience would never use alpine again. Allegiant gets ten stars as far as I am concerned. Thank you for the great service.

I had never shopped for Medical supplies at Affinity Home Medical before I stopped by after my husband's back surgery. What a great place for a variety of needs! DJ assisted me as a bought a new c-pap mask, two high-rise toilet seats, a bed grab bar and a cylinder shaped pillow. It was a senior shopping spree and DJ and I had a blast! DJ is the best. I've dealt with him by before and he's consistently more than excellent. Been doing business with Affinity for years. They're by far the best. This time was for a lift chair. I called pre-visit and DJ picked out exactly what I needed when I got there.

I was very impressed with my experience with Affinity Home Medical. I was there two days to decide what to do, and both days the service was exceptional. All the young people helped me with making sure I got what I wanted, taking merchandise out to the car for me, and putting something together for me. They were friendly and treated me with the care they would for their own grandmother. Very special experience. Thank you so much.

Excellent service! The person who helped me(DJ) was very nice, attentive and diligent in his work. The product was good but a little pricey.

We needed to replace a broken lift chair and found the listing for a good quality one from Affinity. Tina was helpful and knowledgable providing what we needed. After purchase the delivery occurred promptly the next day. They carried the chair in, gave instructions on how to use it and waited until we determined it was a good, comfortable fit before leaving. They even disposed of the broken chair for a minimal fee. We will call them again if the need arises. Great Service!
