We needed to replace a broken lift chair and found the listing for a good quality one from Affinity. Tina was helpful and knowledgable providing what we needed. After purchase the delivery occurred promptly the next day. They carried the chair in, gave instructions on how to use it and waited until we determined it was a good, comfortable fit before leaving. They even disposed of the broken chair for a minimal fee. We will call them again if the need arises. Great Service!

My experience with Affinity was such a welcome relief compared to my experiences with other similar companies. Thanks to DJ, who was my contact at Affinity, my mother was able to get her lift chair fixed in a cheaper and faster way than any other option I could find out there. The only frustrating thing was the company (Golden) that Affinity had to work with to order the parts from. The Golden company took longer than the promised 7-10 business days to deliver the parts and then ended up not sending all the parts. Very disappointing! But thanks to the great communication from DJ at Affinity via texts/phone calls/emails, what could have been a very frustrating situation, we were able to have confidence that DJ had our backs and was going to give us the best service possible despite the lack from the other company. Another great thing is DJ and his co-worker traveled about 100 miles round trip to come pick up my mother's broken lift chair and then traveled another 100 miles round trip to return the repaired chair. They were so professional, efficient and kind. I wish all companies and their employees could be so amazing as DJ. My mother is now able to enjoy a better way of life because of your professionalism and kindness. Thank you for such amazing customer service! I highly recommend this company.

My overall experience for the purchase of a new chair for my brother, at an assisted living facility, was excellent. The product choices were abundant and the service was quick and informative. DJ was so knowledgeable about the chairs and helped me pick the one that was just right. He shepherded me through the purchase process and even delivered the chair to the house. Thanks for the excellent service. When choosing my power chair, I felt Dave didn't pressure me in any way, but helped me see every possible choice regardless of price. He genuinely wanted the best fit for me. Had I felt the pushiness of a sales pitch, I probably would have kept looking. His approach was perfect. When delivery time came, DJ was fabulous. He called ahead and once at my home, he answered my questions, thought of every possible thing I needed to know and patiently explained each component, made sure the chair fit right for me, and ensured that I knew how to handle everything. David Ate was wonderful. Excellent service, caring, and patient. He made sure that we knew how to operate the powered wheelchair that we purchased and has followed up with us. He and others at the store are the main reasons I would recommend Affinity to others.

Excellent, friendly service. Otte was truly genuine and took the time to answer all of our questions and showed us how to use and assemble the equipment with patience and care.

My husband was in need for an adjustable bed do to a resent surgery. When I called around to other Medical Supplies company no one was able to help us for a week to 10 days. So I gave Affinity a call and not only was they able to provide a bed, they delivered it and set it up with in a couple of hours from the time I called. The service these people give is outstanding! I would recommend them 100 times over!

My husbands old wheelchair broke and we needed to get another one in a hurry. I looked online and found affinity home medical. When we went into the store we were greeted by Ate'. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. We found a wheelchair my husband liked and Ate' even made adjustments for him so that it was ready to go. The customer service we received was superb. I found Affinity Home Medical on the internet, so I was not sure what to expect when I arrived. My mother had broken her hip, had surgery and had been sent to a Rehab facility for physical therapy. After the worst 12 hours imaginable, she was ready to get out of that facility. I spent all night trying to research and figure out what we would need to take her home and not only be able to keep her comfortable but also provide a safe place for her to recover and provide her the equipment to rehab quickly. What I found was 2 gentleman at Affinity who stopped working on anything else to help me find the best equipment for her needs. They were knowledgeable, friendly and best of all had everything I needed. It truly was a one stop shop for me! Thank you Affinity Home Medical!
