Very easy and fast service. I personally felt like I had friends coming over to help me....very comfortable. Price was good. Felt like I was paying gratitude towards my friends for helping me move out bulky items that could help others....especially my dresser my father made for me in the 60's! Great wood quality and craftsmanship.

Within a few minutes of contacting AJM online I received a phone call to set up an appointment. It was for the next working day after the holiday weekend. They worked with my schedule, were professional and loaded the items onto the truck. I did not have to do anything. Appreciated attention to detail. Thank you for expedient service.

Customer service was great - answered calls timely and scheduling was simple and not complicated. They were also able to work around schedules and times. Price is fair for the quality of service. Employees (Dante and Cody) were able to clear out requested items faster than what was expected and were friendly/polite.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! I booked my appointment online and was contacted the next business day by George. I was lucky that they were able to squeeze me into their schedule the next day. Cody let me know when they were on their way. When Mark and Cody arrived, they moved my termite eaten piano quickly and efficiently out the door. Mark even cleaned up the trail of termite droppings that fell out of the piano when they were moving it! Highly recommend Aloha Junk Man for all your junk removal needs!

This is the second time I have done business with Aloha Junk Man, and I must say, both times have been an awesome experience. In regards to my most recent haul, I’m going to have to start by mentioning George on how he was able to fit me in the schedule on such short notice (24 hours). He was also very nice and understanding over the phone. The day of the appointment, Mark called me about 10 minutes prior to my set appointment to let me know their status on a prior job and an ETA of when they would arrive. Mark and Kody were finishing up a job and had to drop off their haul first before meeting with me. About ten minutes out, Mark sent me a text letting me know they were on the way. Both Mark and Kody arrived on-time and went right to work. Both Mark & Kody got my stuff loaded in the truck and were on their way within 10-20 minutes. These two were very friendly, hard working, and had a positive attitude. Also, the communication was next level! Mahalo Mark, Kody, and George for all your help and will definitely recommend you guys to all my friends in their junk removal and hauling needs.

I found Aloha Junk Man on the internet and set-up an appointment for the next day to get an estimate. The job was for removal of a very large pile of yard waste and a large palm stump. The job was thoroughly reviewed before the estimate was given. I liked that because I do not like surprises after the job is completed. It was also explained that the price could be lowered if the job turned out to require less time and truck space than estimated. The job was completed the next day at a price less than estimated! Highly recommend and will use again when needed!! It was a classic case of "Under promise and over perform."
