I happen to call Aloha Junk Man by chance and was so glad I did. The courteous and efficient responsiveness to schedule my request was amazing. On the day of the pickup it was very easy dealing with the workers, and they were fast, friendly, and accommodating. Price was reasonable according to my junks. I highly recommend Aloha Junk Man.

The service was amazing. They responded to my request quickly and the appointment was set up on the day I asked for. Chase and the other guy were very professional and efficient. They removed a large couch from a townhouse with a very small door with no problem. They were so personable and very informative. I was extremely impressed by the response time and the fantastic customer service. We will definitely use them again.

I am writing this review for my brother Nicholas Haney as we both planned this junk removal day together, however, I was busy babysitting on the day that you guys came to do the work. We both did Yelp searches and found so many companies doing this type of work, and we are both so thankful that we chose your company! First of all, your quick response, friendly meeting and reasonable quote made us look no further. No one likes having to plan on cleaning out their recently deceased parents homes and although this was a difficult task, your company and Luke made it so much easier on us. We had planned on this process taking a few days, however, your crew was amazing and we appreciate all of the muscle and hard work that it took to get this all done in one day! If there were an option to rate you with 10 more stars, we certainly would. We will definitely let all of our friends and family know how truly awesome you all were. Mahalo again!!!

While dismanteling our piano we found the harp portion was too heavy for us to handle. We call Aloha Junk Man and got a quick quote, whick was extra nice when they matched another company's price and saved us $100.00.When Matt and his worker arrived a few days later, they were friendly, courteous and worked quickly, efficientlyand neatly to remove the harp and all the other pieces. We're so thankful for the work they did and for the very reseanonable price.

Nathaniel and chase were professional and hard working yet friendly and considerate . Nathanael did a nice job giving updates on their arrival time which really shows that they value your time and care about providing a great service. Cost was a bit higher than I expected, but it provides a peace of mind knowing that they work hard to find the right places for things that can still be used. We discovered this service because this business does a lot of good things for the community from the goodness of their hearts. We needed some things removed asap. My wife called and they were able to schedule us the following day. They gave me a two hour time frame of when they would be at my place, and gave me a courtesy call when they were on their way. Nathaniel and Chase showed up. Very professional and respectful. They loaded everything up and cleaned up any mess left behind from the junk. Great guys, definitely recommend, and will use them again.

We had an excellent experience with our junk removal. Making the appointment took just a single phone call and they were able to accommodate pickup so that we would be home from work. The crew called us when they were on the way. We deliberately wanted to hire a company that was environmentally conscious and so were pleased that the crew separated out all the metal for recycling. The crew was friendly, careful, and efficient and even swept the area once the junk was removed. Cost was slightly less than renting a drop off dumpster plus disposal fee with the advantage that we did not have to fill the dumpster ourselves. We will use this company again for future hauling needs.

I showed them what I needed to part with, they gave me a fair and reasonable quote and not 10 minutes later the job was done. So extremely easy. An acquaintance referred me to Aloha Junkman when I was in dire need of having an old piece of equipment removed from my property.. I spoke with Jake who quickly looked into the specs for the item and got back to me right away with a price quote and a time and date for removal that worked for me. Matt and Joe, the men who came to remove the old equipment along with other items I added to fill my allotment were very professional and pleasant. I had way more trash than I anticipated from cleaning our house to get ready to move out decided to call aloha junk because they did a great job from the last time. It was a last minute call with no appointment and they were happy to help, they showed up in about an hour and took all of my trash. HIGHLY recommend these guys for any job especially if you’re looking to PCS soon.

OMG! I was so impressed with the overall service I received from what I’ll call the “A Team”, Luke, Nate, Joe and Dylan. From the first day I contacted Aloha Junk Man, and spoke with Myra, I knew they were the company I would want to deal with. Myra was always very helpful and I felt she wasn’t trying to sell the company but had a true concern for what I was going through. Having lost my dad recently and now having to clear the home that I grew up in for over 60 years. She was genuinely concerned and so helpful anytime I had any questions.. And the guys were great! They came on time, they worked hard, they worked well together and did the job within record time (I felt) especially knowing how much they had to do! And their price to do the entire house and clean up junk outside was very reasonable. I highly recommend if you ever need service to get rid of household furniture or whatever you no longer need - call and then ask for the “A” Team. They were a great group of guys. Thank you Luke, Nate, Joe and Dylan! You were all awesome! I would use you again if I had to!
