I am super pleased with the crew from Aloha Junk Man from beginning to end. As soon as I made an email inquiry, I received a response and all future exchanges were answered with promptness and got an appointment the very next day for a quote, which was very reasonable. Luke un-installed my complicated Viking frig for no additional charge. Luke and his team were very friendly, professional, and worked diligently to make sure no damage was done to my floors as they moved my 500+lb frig. It was not an easy job, but they were positive and efficient throughout the whole time and you could see the great cohesive team work. They were also willing to take on a last minute junk removal add on for me for a great deal. I would highly recommend this company and will trust them for all my future junk removals!! guys are the perfect blend of integrity and work ethic. I bought a new sofa and needed the old one removed before the new one was delivered. I had less than 24-hours notice, but Luke showed up with a young, strong helper and tackled the heavy furniture move. It was a double job, because I actually passed the old sofa to a friend, so AJM delivered to our friend's home and removed THEIR old sofa to be trashed. This is not the first time I have used Aloha Junk Man and it won't be the last. THEY ARE THE BEST.

The Aloha Junkman staff were very helpful with information about the work done to even scheduling. They worked really fast, and very efficient in how they loaded the truck, in maximizing the space. They are very considerate for the customer, and gave much more reasonable price after the initial estimate given onsite. They were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend using them for any hauling jobs!

5 Stars out of 5 Stars! Professional job done right and I am very grateful!! I hired Aloha Junk Man to come in and remove a lot of old furniture and "junk". They saved me time, body aches and trust me, the price was right! On Nov. 10, 2021 two men came out for the job, Darin and Matt(?). My apologies I am terrible at remembering names. First, they called me ahead of arrival as promised, they were on time. The quote was spot on. Matt and Darin were extremely professional. They were careful of my house as they worked. The two man crew worked very well together and listened to my concerns. They wore uniform shirts identifying them. These men worked very hard, very fast, very professionally, with care and took pride in doing a great job! I highly recommend "Aloha Junk Man" for any removal!

A couple of us were looking for a removal company and found the Aloha Junk Man to be very responsive to our needs. We worked with Matt Beasley, who answered our inquiries in a very timely fashion, as well as responding to texts n the very late afternoon. We were pleased with Matt’s courtesy call, informing us of the time of arrival and he and his assistant’s professionalism in removing the piano. They were very organized and systematic in maneuvering it from the house to their truck in an expeditious way. We liked how they were courteous and professional throughout the entire removal process. We were very impressed with the ease of online booking. Staff were responsive to our emailed questions and request for a quote. The removal crew, Keanu and Darrin, arrived early and were friendly and professional. The team worked quickly and efficiently and were done faster than we expected. I LOVE Aloha Junk Man! On Sunday evening I scheduled an appointment online for the next morning. Shawn and Cu were right on time and knocked out my job quickly, despite the fact that they had to park at the bottom of my long and very steep driveway. (No extra charge for the additional work that made for them!) Both men were very cheerful, friendly, and competent. Great representatives for the company!

It was so easy to book online. There was great communication from Keanu and Darrin, calling before starting toward our location to give us a time frame. They arrived early and called to let us know they had arrived, which was awesome! We already had all items out for easy access. They quickly loaded everything, and then called when finished. Payment over the phone was also super easy. Cost was fair, given the convenience. I didn’t even have to go outside! We will definitely use Aloha Junk Man in the future! Mahalo, Keanu and Darrin!

Able to get scheduled within a couple days. Sean and partner were very polite and fun. Very considerate to ask what my priority items were since they did not have room for everything. Offered to help me with anything else that needed to be moved within the house. Price was $100 per square yard. All in all this was a reasonable price for the job that had to be done. They worked very quickly. Less than an hour for a full truck. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time we have used Aloha Junk Man to empty my dad's house in preparation for selling it. The customer service was great!!! Holly worked with me when we had to change the date and time of pick up and was wonderful to work with. On the day of the pickup, Keanu kept me informed on when they would be arriving and he and Darrin did a great job picking up everything and leaving everything nice and clean. We were able to do the transaction over the phone and Keanu sent me a picture after all was done. We had a great experience and highly recommend AJM.

It was a very good experience. I called in the morning and set up an appointment for that afternoon. Before lunch Keanu called and said they could be at my home by 1pm. He and Darren were on time evaluated my job and showed me an estimate within minutes. I accepted and within 20 minutes everything was removed and I was paying my bill which was within the range Keanu gave me. They were professional, courteous and very efficient. I would use them again anytime!
