Our family has been dealing with my parents' townhouse which had been vacant since early 2020 after the unexpected passing of my father. I live on the mainland, and while we tried to manage next steps, including a clean out of the unit, it became overwhelming from both a time and emotional standpoint. Enter Aloha Junk Man! We cannot express enough gratitude for the team over at Aloha Junk Man. From the initial cold call to Myra through the estimate and job completion process with Matt, AJM went above and beyond expectations. We were dealing with a situation that had lingered on much longer than we anticipated. We needed not only quick, but high quality action and a solution that would satisfy our family to allow us to move on to the next steps in our journey. A few highlights: Extremely Responsive: We called Myra and she not only talked us through the estimate process, she worked with us to ensure that we would have peace of mind throughout the estimate and job scheduling processes. She answered each call and email promptly, and has stayed in communication throughout. Customer Service: 5-stars and beyond! As mentioned, the communication with Myra was reassuring, but the service provided by Matt during the estimate and also on job day cannot be overlooked! Not only did Matt work with us on the estimate, he was also onsite on job day and called, texted and even FaceTimed us through the job with any questions and a final, real time video walkthrough! Customer experience is key, and Matt and team are a true example of white glove service...even in the junk business! Cost: We received multiple estimates for the clean out job. Matt was willing to work with us to match some of the line item pricing quoted by other competitors. The pricing was transparent and fair when accounting for all of the complexities of the scope of the job. There were no surprises or hidden add ons with costs. I would not hesitate to use Aloha Junk Man again, and recommend them to anyone in need of junk removal or hauling services. Aloha Junk Man made a stressful PCS transfer ALOT easier. After being told by a hired moving company that my sofa had to be cut-in-half in order to be removed from my apartment, I contacted Aloha Junk Man to see if they could remove my sofa without any damage. I was pleasantly surprised to have the haulers come days earlier than planned, it was great! The guys were courteous, worked quickly and were in and out within an hour with a huge load of furniture. I’d use Aloha Haulers again and recommend them to my friends. Five star service.

Responsiveness was critical this time, and customer service was so very accommodating. I was able to be serviced the day I called. They were able to give me a great price (although it required more work from the men to breakdown my shelving units to lower the square footage cost. They were very efficient and neat. Cleaned up so nicely. I am definitely a very happy repeat costumer.
