Bin always dose a great job and is very friendly . She is always asking how I am doing and make's sure I don't have a lot of stuff in my mouth or air pipe so I am comfortable . She also has the chair high so my head is not to low .

I saw Binh for a routine cleaning as I missed my appointment with Sarah. They are both gentle, respectful and go the extra mile to make sure I feel comfortable and safe. I always leave the room with recommended preventive Dental-care tips and information. As someone that have not had good experiences at the Dentist office in the past (Not at Above Dental), I really apreciate them both.~RA

My exam was long overdo,thanks to covid. I had all necessary procedures done with care and comfort. I left feeling like a shiny new penney. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Johnson. He has a light touch and a friendly smile.Bin was warm and welcoming as always. Sue Gleich

My experience started off 100% awesome when I first got there and talked to the young lady behind the desk she was helpful she was on top of things and very professional. Then I was introduced to Brianna who couldn't have been more nice professional and to the point. She took my x-rays without a hitch and then Dr Johnson came in and what a gentleman. I like the fact that they asked me if they can be direct very professional. I believe the girl at the desk name was destiny and Sheila we're all awesome forgive me if I got the names wrong or forgot somebody. I'm very self-conscious about my teeth and they made me feel okay and I like the way they just gave me the bid straight up they told me exactly what they're going to do and I love the total cleanliness of the place. Top notch professional A1 done organization y'all got going there I'd recommend you highly to anybody and I will recommend you highly to everybody that I know. I could go on and on and on but people would think that I'm not being sincere LOL. I'm looking forward to getting to work done. From the moment you walk into Above Dental you can tell that the Staff are different from many places. You are always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello the moment you walk through the door. That kindness continues when the dental hygienist comes and gets you from the waiting room. Once in your room, you are given the best dental care I have ever experienced. Everything is explained and your comfort is of highest importance not only to the Dentist but to the hygienist as well. When you are done you are treated just as pleasantly by the billing staff, and when you leave the front desk staff is offering you a friendly goodbye. Thanks for such a pleasant experience and top quality professionalism .

I am very impressed with Above Dental. First I was pleasantly greeted and given a tour. My dental assistant was very warm and caring and had a great since of humor. The dentist was very professional, thorough and had a great chair side manor. They even gave me a thank you card and a gift card for coming in. I am looking forward to future visits and will tell all my friends and family about my experience with them.

Binh is the best dental hygienist I've ever had. She's friendly and efficient. I've been her patient for about 11 years now. Dr. Brice is a gifted dentist. I always make sure my appointments are with the two of them.

Whenever I go for my cleanings and checkups at Above Dental, I feel more like a Guest than a patient! Front office staff is always welcoming and pleasant. I've been their "Guest!" for several years now. Binh has been my Hygienist since my initial visit. She has educated me in proper teeth care over the years, and now thanks to her encouragement, I am able to maintain good dental health. She feels like a friend as well as my Hygienist!....and I feel the same way about Jody, Michelle, Danni, Jen, front staff, Dr. Brice and all the wonderful dental assistants. My experience with Above dental have always been of high quality. Professional, friendly and they make you feel at home. I usually see Sarah but it has been almost a year since I had my teeth cleaned due to Covid 19 and she is so booked out that I saw Binh this time. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable in seeing a new hygienist. She was professional and explained everything she was going to do before she did it. She is an asset to Above Dental. Friendly, efficient, and expedient

Upon arriving to my dentist appointment at Above Dental, they were very professional and welcoming. I’ve lived overseas for the last 24 years, haven’t been to a Dentist states side, since I was a kid. Had a lot of questions and have heard of a lot of stories, where people have been ripped off and services rendered were less than transparent. Above Dental went over and beyond most places in friendliness, and answered all my questions and were very transparent in their prices and services! Above Dental is above all. I had quite a bit of work done on my teeth today with a few different people in the office and I couldn’t have asked for better care. The first thing I had done was a permanent crown set in place. Because this went so smoothly and easily, there was enough time for the dental assistant to take a full set of x-rays to assist the the dental hygienist who was going to clean my teeth immediately after my crown being set. I loved they way the whole office seems to work together as a team. Sarah did an amazing job cleaning my teeth as usual. She is the reason I started using this office and I am grateful for the care I have received since coming here. After my dental cleaning and exam I was told I needed a filling. Because of the great teamwork, I was able to get that taken care of directly offer my cleaning. It had to be done by another Dr. in the office, but it really doesn’t matter which Dr. has worked on my teeth, I have always been completely satisfied with all of the services from this office. They are very efficient without being stuffy. The two Drs., two dental assistants, one dental hygienist, and front office staff that I interacted with today was extremely friendly, informative and kind. I would like to give a big THANK YOU to the entire Above Dental office!

The folks at Above Dental aren't just a professional health care team, some of them are like family (but without the petty bickering). I experience joy by seeing their joy,knowing that they really care. Nobody enjoys going to the dentist; I separated the discomfort by seeing my friends, laughing and tell the occasional funny about Dr Bruce. My husband and I recently moved to Coos Bay from Wisconsin. I asked a coworker who she goes to for cleanings and she was happy to tell me good things about Above. I called to schedule an appointment and was pleased to be able to get in within a few days. Upon arrival I received a friendly tour of the office. Binh, my hygienist, greeted me with a warm smile and friendly face, and guided me through my x-rays and cleaning. She was gentle, and informative and happy to answer any questions. She listened, and shared with me. I met Dr. Craig Johnson who was very kind. He checked my teeth and answered my questions. I have to say my father was a dentist, I know what to look for and am very knowledgeable about dentistry having been his assistant. Above offers a state of the art facility with its own lab. The cleaning I received from Binh is no doubt the most thorough I have ever gotten. I would not hesitate to recommend Above to anyone I meet.
