Today was my first visit to E-Care. I went in after suffering with a bad headache all day. Before I could even finish the paperwork, the nurse came to get me. After she was done, she told me the doctor would be right in. At most places, that usually means you'll see him or her after a long wait. I was hoping that wouldn't be the case because I was ready for some relief. To my surprise, Dr.Lapporte was in there pretty much immediately. He was courteous, quick and thorough in assesing me and providing me with a treatment plan for my pain. I was understandably unable to get a pain medicine shot while I was there because I was alone and driving myself. Dr. Lapporete provided me an alternative of a prescription which, after only 30 minutes of taking it, reduced my pain by 90%. Thank you Dr. Lapporte and the nurse for your excellent and prompt care! I would definitely recommend E-Care and will use them again should the need arise.

My experience was great. I woke up to go to a Church Retreat on 09-19-15 @ 2:00 am. I didn't have to be there until 7:00 am. I had been unable to sleep for the past three nights and I knew a migraine was starting to set in. I did not pack my headache medication because I didn't think I was going to need them. I did pack a bottle of Excedrin Migraine with me everywhere I go. As soon as I woke up I took an OTC sleeping pill. I already take prescription medication for insomnia but it had not been working lately. I was hoping I would be able to fall back asleep but it didn't happen. Throughout the day my headache became worse and worse. I then told the Group Director that I needed to call my sister to drop off my headache medication. She arrived within the hour and I was taking one every hour along with the Excedrin. My headache continued to get worse. I then told the volunteers that I was going to need someone to take me to an Urgent Care facility or somewhere that would be able to give me something to alleviate my headache. I was admitted very quickly and professionally. The nurse (Meghan) was exceptional. I told her I could probably be on my "death bed" and I would still manage to try to make other people laugh. I gave her a hard time to get her to laugh and lucky for me she had a good sense of humor. The Doctor that treated me was also great. Good bedside manner, didn't waste any time and treated me immediately. The receptionist also had a good sense of humor which made my time of need in a hospital a wonderful experience. I personally want to thank the four people that treated me. They did a great job.

The Quality of care was amazing! I felt a little bad my daughter was a little drama queen! Ok sorry I mean a lot of a drama queen

I cut myself in the kitchen and figured it needed immediate attention. E-Care was super convenient, saw me quickly, gave excellent, caring medical care, and charged what I thought was a very fair price, taking my insurance. I would not hesitate to use them again - so much nicer and easier than going to the hospital.

The doctor, nurse, and receptionist I saw at this location were all fantastic. There was no rush to get the patient in and out. The doc took time to talk with me and give me a thorough understanding of what was wrong. I highly recommend this facility, for those who work here are very good people.

We all have visited this location several times. The staff has excellent bedside manner and pays attention to detail. At the same time they get you in an out in a respectable amount of time after they have covered everything. We have made this location our home for urgent and emergency care.

I was impressed with the quality of care, all of the staff was excellent, and the price is very reasonable. I was very pleased to find out that care is available 24 hours.

The quality of care was great. It was fast & extremely convenient. They were very understanding of my situation & did a great job explaining things to me to calm my fears. It was an embarrassing situation but they didn't make me feel self conscious at all.

I was very happy with the service at E-Care Coppell. The Doctor, nurses & staff were all helpful and attentive . They took very good care of me. Thank you all so much.

The team at E-Care was quick and great getting my daughters middles school physical done and helped her with a ear issue she was having. I would go back for any other issues.

I walked in with excruciating rib pain and was seen almost as soon as I walked in. Every single person I encountered was very personable, friendly, and attentive. Doctor was very thorough. I couldn't have asked for a better experience honestly. It's nice to know there's a friendly neighborhood ER where I can be seen at any time of day. Thank you!

Everyone was wonderful and attentive to my medical care. I was in and out with in less then two hours with X-rays and everything Great experience highly recommend

When I first entered, the receptionist greeted me with a smile. She helped me fill out forms and had me wait for my appointment. When I entered the room, the care was good, along with the conversation. The doctor was very nice and listened to me and appeared to care about what I was saying. The xray technician was also very nice. At the end of my visit, I conversed with the people in the office. The overall care I received was excellent. My wait time was short because it wasn't crowded on the day I went in. The good news was no broken toe! The doctor referred me to a family physician since I recently moved to the area. I would absolutely go back there if I had an emergency!

No wait time, Dr. Lapporte took the time to explain my health concerns. The staff were all supportive.
