So grateful that E-Care is now in our town! I had an unfortunate accident on a Saturday afternoon, which required immediate attention. They were able to treat me immediately and get me back into action (well considering the injury limitations) in no time. Everyone in this beautiful facility treated me with the utmost courtesy and professionalism! Thanks again!

I am so grateful that I got help from E-Care-Coppell. I experienced a sudden illness (stomach virus) and knew I had to get help. I was exhausted as I didn't get a good night's sleep. I mustered all my energy to get up to E-Care-Coppell. I was so grateful that there was no waiting line and I got immediate assistance (I came in 9.30 am on Saturday). The nursing staff and the doctor were so helpful. Gave me a prescription and I was out of there in no time. Thanks E-Care-Coppell!

Dr. Rob Lapporte has a great bedside manner. Ran all needed tests promptly. There was no waiting. Great value since they are in-network.

I recieved quality care. The best. I had a very short wait, mainly long enough to do the prelim paper work. The price is better than fair, it is amazing. I got a physical for school for $20. I got a TB test for $66. The doctor was just great. He seemed to really care.

Came in with a stomach virus. I was seen right away. Entire staff was very friendly and my nurse was knowledgable. Dr was very good with detailed assessment and appropriate plan of care. ER visit was overall a good experience.

I arrived at 9:30 on a Saturday night. I was seen promptly with courtesy and respect. The intake process even estimated what I would pay, what insurance would cover and what the cost difference would be if I waited until Sunday morning. Since I arived late, my care was billed under ER services versus urgent care and cost more. The staff worked together to get me in and out. I was also given a listing for 24 hour pharmacies in the area for the prescriptions to be filled that night. I was in a great deal of pain and that courtesy was greatly appreciated. I prefer coming there and will so again, as needed. I will not wait so long to arrive, however, to lower my out-of-pocket cost. The convenience, outcome and friendly care translate into a wonderful experience for me.

Thank you for the very quick, prompt service we received. Being a concerned parent of a toddler I was made feel more at ease. The entire staff was very professional and attentive, We couldn't have asked for better service from Dr. Lapporte and his team. I was in lot of pain when i went in, so the front desk staff was so helpful in getting my insurance information and with in few minutes i was taken into the First aid room for X-rays and preliminary examinations. The doctor and Nursing staff are so understanding. My treatment was completed with in 15 minutes. This is the first time i ever saw so faster response time. Thank you and Appreciate all the care that was provided to me.

Convenient location, friendly folks and fast service! Very important to note that I did not feel the quality was compromised by the quick service. I truly love that it is not just an "Emergency Room" -- especially where pricing is concerned. When my primary care physician has been unable to accommodate me on short notice, I felt fortunate being able to utilize Urgent Care under Dr. Lapporte and his excellent staff at a reasonable price. My experience was phenomenal when I brought in my young child who was feeling horrible one weekend. Although she loudly expressed her fear and discomfort, the staff was patient and kind. I am happy knowing this "gem" is avaialable for our emergency needs!!

Last night was our first time using the E-Care-Coppell facility. I am very pleased with the over all experience. We were seen right away. The staff were friendly and attentive. When the nurse took my child's vitals he was very sweet and gentle with her. Dr. Oliver was very nice and informative. I never felt rushed explaining my child's symptoms. We were in and out of there in less than an hour and that includes lab test time. If the need arises we will definitely use E-Care again.
