Quality,speed and price were outstanding. This is my second visit and I will use the facility again if I have an emergency or require care when my doctor is not available. The facility is very clean and the staff is very helpful.

Excellent! From the time I got there to the time I left, it was a wonderful experience. Being an RN I have high expectations from the health field, and a lot of my experiences have not been great. The staff, nurses and especially the doctor were top notch professionals, friendly, kind, and they knew what they were doing. I would definitely come back again, and I recommend this ER care center as #1.

My favorite urgent care place I've been to. Clean facility. Very pleasant staff! I really really dislike other urgent care companies.

I was very impressed with the quickness and quality in which they cared for me. We have come here multiple times for my 2 year old son so it felt natural for me to come here when I was ill. Very informative and I will continue to come back.

We will definitely return should the need ever arise (hopefully not!) Very clean facility, great staff, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for during treatment and also with follow up calls.

Excellent quality of care--checked all possibilities of illness and ran tests. Convenience to my location. Left without a bill as had Medicare and Supplemental Policy. Speed of care took a while but was waiting for the tests results to return.

The quality of care was great and the speed was even better. My personal dr was out of town and I had to visit urgent care office. The nurses were very friendly and concerned and the physician was even better at answering all my questions. They were very thorough in the exam and if needed I would return anytime.

The nurses came to help me when they saw I couldn't walk. The xray tech was careful with my foot. The doctor explained everything and answered my questions. The whole visit took less than 2 hours.

The location is very convenient. Parking is ample. I waited only a few minutes to be seen. Everyone was courteous and professional. Labs were done onsite. Price was fair with the insurance that I had. I appreciate the care given by E-Care in Coppell.

I recently had a reason to visit the Ecare emergency center in Coppell and was very impressed with the service that I received. From walking in the door till I left everyone was very concerned about my well being. Everyone was very professional and I was very impressed with the facility. They did everything to make me comfortable in a very timely manner and helped with all my concerns. I feel that this is truly a business that I would return to should the need arise. The staff and doctor were the best in all aspects of care. I also received a follow up call the next day and also a note from the facility from the staff that helped with my care. I have not had a need before to visit an urgent care facility but with no doubt this is by far the best I have seen and would highly recommend it with highest regards in all aspects. This is a facility I would recommend to anyone who needs care in an emergency situation. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate it a 10.

I have never had a bad experience at this facility. The staff is very professional and by far top notch when it comes to customer service. They are very attentive to your needs and you are not there longer than needed.

I have found this place very caring and professional every time I have gone. The doctor is kind and respectful in dealing with patients. I came to the E Care Coppell Clinic on a Friday evening and was seen right away. The staff was so friendly and helpful in getting me taken care of. Nice to have this Emergency care clinic basically in your backyard vs driving to downtown Dallas or Ft. Worth.

I like at you accept Medicare. You are close and convenient. Now on this visit.i had a small problem with my ear. The reception was friendly and efficient. Nurse was quick to take history and vitals. She was also pleasant and effecient. It took a while to see the Dr. The time was not excessive. Care was good and documentation on follow on care was clear and easy to understand. I would recommend care to a friend.
