I've been to E-Care twice now and was pleasantly surprised both times. They've been so quick to see me that I've had to finish the paperwork in the exam room! More importantly, every single person there, from the receptionist to the doctor, was friendly, professional, and competent. I felt like each person was engaged in their job and genuinely interested in me. What a great addition to Coppell!

E-Care Coppell was convenient, exceptionally quality care, and was seen promptly. The facility was friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient in all aspects of treatiment. Starting with the front desk, was friendly, one page paperwork to fill out is best. Was courteous and managed front desk professionally and quickly. Nurses were quick to address issue, take vital signs, friendly, and quick to gather necessary information to provide to doctor. Doctor was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and quick to address issue. Overall outstanding staff and facility.

I was just really happy about the service I received. I felt very comfortable and not all confused or talked down to. A lot of times I am turned away from minute clinics because of my disease and I never once felt this would happen here. Thank you for the great experience.

I was treated earlier this week by Dr. Choi and his nurses. I highly recommend E-Care-Coppell to anyone needing emergency care. They even called me the next day to see how I was doing. Such great customer care is rare these days.

It was a great experience. Much faster than a hospital emergency room. Loved the doctor. There is a Coppell, TX Facebook site that had several people warning us about the stand alone ER next to market street hitting them with a ridiculous bill., so I was nervous coming in to your facility. But I just paid my $200 co pay, and it sounds like the rest is covered. I've already posted on my Facebook page that the experience was great. Once I'm sure I will not be hit with another bill, I will post about my experience on the Coppell page. Thanks for your help.

The were wonderful!! We got in a room before I even had time to finish filling out paperwork the were so quick! Everyone was extremely nice, helpful, caring and knowledgeable! The facility was super clean and the staff put my fears at ease from the moment I walked through the door! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Great overall experience. Went there because you were the closest urgent care in my insurance. Everyone was really nice and took great care of me. I would go again (although I hope not to) :)

When I walked in I was the only one there which does not always mean you get seen right away at most places. I was led back to a room before I even started on filing out my paperwork. I think i was there about 15 minutes in all, waiting for strep test. Even through I was not there long, I never felt like I was rushed through. I will definitely spread the word about your facility.

Awesome treatment at E-care Coppell! No wait, quick paperwork, caring nurses and doctor! Explained everything to me perfectly, made sure I was in good shape before I left! Highly recommend!

My visit with E-Care-Coppell was a wonderful experience. I was greeted kindly at the front desk. The nurses ( two of them ) who escorted me to the exam room were very kind & understanding. They worked well together & performed all ordered tests quickly & efficiently and were also concerned about my comfort. Dr. Oliver examined me within minutes & was also very kind & concerned about my issues. My treatment was thorough, the facility is emaculate and I would not hesitate to return for emergency care again, if needed. My sincere thanks to the entire staff for excellent treatment. I appreciate everything you did for me when I needed medical care. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing urgent care. It is the best !

Friendly and knowledgable staff from check-in to nurse to doctor to check out! I also like how they will inform my chcild's doctor that we came in and let them know what's going on. Will definitely go again if needed.

I have only had excellent experiences at your clinic. The quality of care is better than I have ever experienced at an urgent care clinic. Receptionist, techs/nurses and doctors have all exceeded my expectations! I never understand why there isn't a long wait when I have taken my son in. Love your clinic! We have had a great experience with speed of service and kindness of the staff. Our son had a cut glued and we were out in less than 30 minutes.

I was amazed how quickly I was brought back to a room and taken care of by your staff. My nurse was so sweet and caring. Ebony was very kind and professional too.

I took my 5 year old son into E-Care Coppell one evening when he was screaming in pain. They saw him right away and attended to him immediately while I did the paperwork. He was placed in a very comfortable, clean patient room with a television. He was happy to be able to watch Disney Channel while waiting many hours for his condition to clear. The director of the facility, a physician, attended to him at all times along with a sweet and caring nursing staff. Once the issue was resolved, we were sent home with clear instructions on how to resolve the issue in the future but were told not to hesitate to call with any questions we may have. Best part of all, they called the next day to check on him. Our pediatrician doesn't even do that. We will be going back for all of our emergency or urgent care needs. Thank you, Dr. Lapporte!

Doctor Lapporte and staff are very caring and thorough. Excellent quality of service, the service is fast and location is very convenient. Would highly recommend!
