Fast service, neat and tidy. Would use again

The warm water flow in the kitchen faucet installed three years ago had gradually ceased and it had to be replaced since it was beyond repair despite serious attempts by David from Evergreen to fix it. He removed the old faucet on one occasion and came back to install the new one a second time since the replacement was covered by warranty. David arrived on time and did an excellent job within the time frame promised. It was very easy to communicate with him and he answered extensively and seriously to all adequate or stupid questions. The price was higher than when he faucet was initially installed. However, you get what you pay for is certainly true in this case. I would definitely again contact Evergreen and David for any future plumbing or heating jobs.

I had a shower and sink that were not draining. The original homeowner plumbed them out to a dry well under the driveway. We were able to schedule a time within a few days to reroute them to septic system. He arrived when he said he would, finished the work in one day, and cleaned up after the job. I will not hesitate to call Evergreen when I next need a plumber!

Rob came on a Sunday afternoon (within 1/2 hour of my call) after I realized my water heater had let go during the night and I had water in the basement. He was awesome and replaced the water heater in no time. He was also a pleasure to have in my house. Finally, he insisted on cleaning up and made sure everything was working properly before he left. And he was great with my dogs. I am consistently amazed at the quality of people Evergreen employs - I have never had a bad experience. They always respond right away, get the work done and really seem to care. You simply cannot do any better.

Company response was fast, within 24 hours and the technician Rob was professional, customer service orientated and explained everything that needed to be done. Rob went above and beyond my expectations and my heat system is working much better. Rob is an asset to your company and represents your company with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I just wanted to let you all know Evergreen plumbing this is my third encounter with your company and I couldn’t be happier. The first time we hired a plumber to come in and put the bathroom in from my father is in La Jolla downstairs was a nightmare. We had some periodic problems but this last one was due to us not knowing how to deal with the septic system. I have now learned that I cannot put baby wipes in the toilet. All kidding aside Everyone have dealt with from your technicians to your secretaries have been beyond exceptional. And most of all it has not cost us an arm and four legs I appreciate everyone at your company their kindness their knowledge and most of all keeping the price is affordable for every day working people like my family. I will recommend and I will never use another plumbing company as long as you are in business

Our finished basement was partially flooded due to our sewage ejector pump that went to heaven and stopped pumping just before Christmas. We got the mess cleaned up and couldn't get our regular plumber to respond after making numerous calls for service. I finally took a shot and called Linda at Evergreen. She was able to get "Dave" one of their techs to our home within a few hours, assess the problem, order a new top of the line Zoeller sewage ejector pump from the supply house and get it completely installed withing a few hours. I am more than pleased with the courtesy, professionalism of everyone at Evergreen. Their rapid and outstanding response after waiting for a call back from my previous plumber who totally disappointed me during this emergency made my wife and I very happy. Price? I learned a long time ago that nothing is free and you get what you pay for. I was happy to pay a fair price for the kind of service and peace of mind that I got from Evergreen with the installation of the highest rated pump in the US. This new pump will prevent any future problems that would cost us $$$ thousands to repair and far outweighs any costs especially when you need immediate help.

David Schriever did a great job at assessing the situation for us and also with setting up what needed to be done next. Great experience having him as the first point of contact at our home. Robert Rocha was extremely diligent in helping us without issue. He was professional and extremely straightforward in explaining everything to us. He is a great representative of your company. Evergreen is the best, 5 star service! Linda in the office was so kind and accommodating. Frank came out to complete a safety check on my furnace. He was wonderful, super helpful and put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Evergreen for any plumbing, heat or AC repairs or maintenance. They are reasonably priced and great about keeping you informed of the arrival time. I loved getting a text with the name and a picture of the tech in advance so I knew who to expect for security and safety reasons.

Our rental property, where our daughter and grand children live, was without heat on a Wednesday morning. Called Evergreen and Dave arrived the following day. Diagnosed the problem, explained everything and completed repairs. Went above and beyond by educating all of us on how to prevent future issues. Everyone we dealt with at Evergreen were professional, courteous and responsive. We would recommend them highly and we would use them again in a heartbeat.
