Jake was of great help diagnosing and fixing my boiler issue. He's not only very knowledgeable but also not shy of sharing information to help me better understand the issue and how to avoid it in the future. He's highly professional and personable. I would definitely recommend him to my friends for any plumbing issues. Great service.

We had a problem with our old faucet and Frank came over and did his best to fix it but it was too rusted to fix. We bought a new faucet and Frank installed it the next day and did a fabulous job. You have a very good company. Any future jobs will be sent to your company. Thanks again Len Banville. Also I will recommend your company to anyone who asks about you.

Timely plumbing service was provided by Travis. He is knowledgeable and provided several options. Plumbing problems including fixing leaking hot water line, servicing tankless water heater, installing expansion tank were addressed. Price was right. Thanks Evergreen! 5 stars!

Couldn't have been happier with the whole experience from Evergreen Plumbing & Heating. Ashley was great on the phone and was able to set us up with a same day appointment. The technician (Travis) was exceptional. He took the time to answer our questions and provided honest feedback without trying to sell us unnecessary services. The work was done on time and for less than we anticipated. They will be my first phone call for any plumbing needs in the future.

My boiler went out and I also discovered that the sewer main in my 1839 house had a hole in it, all in the same week. I randomly stumbled upon Evergreen looking for Angie's List's number. When I called at 4:30pm, Linda couldn't have been nicer and within the hour a technician was at my door (no heat and an Airbnb guest in my house). Jake explained the problem and fixed it enough to have heat while the gas valve was on order and also gave me a competitive bid on taking care of the sewer main at the same time. Friday morning, Jake showed up and spent the day fixing my two issues with perfect clean-up after an extremely messy job.I highly recommend Evergreen and will use them again.

I can't thank Evergreen enough and Travis for responding so quickly and professional when we encountered a problem after delivery men caused damage and cut complete water service to my home.I was informed through it all what was required to fix the situation and the water company came quickly at your request. We have been using Evergreen Plumbing and Heating for many years and they has never disappointed us .Today we had a hot water heater replaced ,Jake the tech arrived on time he was professional and took the time to make sure everything was in proper working order. The old water heater was removed and the area was left clean. I would certainly give a rating of 5 on a 1-5 scale and continue to use evergreen for future needs. my thanks to Stephanie for her handling of setting this up for us.

Evergreens quality and price made the whole process effortless. The installation was on time and the price quoted was met. The office staff with Ashley and Stephanie kept us informed of the progress of the installation of a gas furnace, hot water tank, central air and new duct work. The installers were neat and considering the work involved the house was kept clean. The work done exceeded our expectations and we are looking forward to warm winters and cool summers. Our commercial property has required extensive plumbing and HVAC work and Evergreen has been with us every step of the way. Their response time is usually same day and fairly priced because they work efficiently. We are very happy with them and strongly recommend their services.

Evergreen's tech was efficient: He diagnosed my heating problem, fully explained how he could fix the problem, gave me a time estimate and a price. Compared to another company that gave me an estimate, Evergreen was reasonably less expensive. I'm very satisfied with the service I got.

Dennis from Evergreen arrived promptly as was promised by the office when I made the appointment. He was kind and professional as well as efficient. This is the third experience I have had with Evergreen, and as before, I found them to be very friendly, courteous, and professional. Master Plumber Dennis persistently worked through the plumbing maze of our 100+ year old house until he found the blockage and fixed it. He made recommendations for improving access in the future and offered a discount for add-on service. He even proved himself the first person that knew how to put our 1 year old rescue dog at ease...something no other visitor to our home had been able to do in the 3 weeks we have had her! We have both residential and business properties and we will definitely make Evergreen our "go-to" plumbing and heating service provider.

I recently found my store without heat on the weekend. After contacting Evergreen on Saturday morning I was told that a technician would be assigned and should arrive in the afternoon. A few hours later I received a call that someone was on the way and by early afternoon Jake was at the store working on the problem. He was polite, professional, and wasted no time getting to work. A short time after the heat was on and our heating unit was back in service. It was absolutely a job well done!

Technically, I rent. So my landlord was responsible for any diagnostic fees and the final cost of any repairs. I have yet to hear any complaints about it from her, so I assume she is satisfied. I can, however, attest to the responsiveness and courtesy of the staff and reception, which was excellent. In the last few weeks, we had separate issues with the furnace (easy and quick fix) and a leak under the kitchen sink (not so easy). Repairs were made promptly and efficiently. I have absolutely no complaints.

The service technician (totally blanking on his name... Bob? Bill?) that came to my home was awesome. Wonderful gentleman who replaced our pump quickly and was kind, explaining everything for me. Unfortunately the manager Carlos was not very friendly. He was rude to me on the phone, and acted like it was an inconvenience to deal with my pump problem. I would use Evergreen again, but only if I didn’t have to deal with Carlos!

Was able to get a service person here the next morning after calling. Fixed the furnace right away. Thanks for the prompt service in an emergency. They called me before, during and after - I wasn't onsite at the time. Thanks for the help. Cheryl Nimmoo

Discovered our boiler was down on a Saturday AM. Evergreen answered the call promptly and had a service engineer out to me in 2 hours. The problem turned out requiring some specific parts that were delivered to us by a local representative of the boiler manufacturer who just happened to be 30 minutes away. Roy was able to install the new parts and get me up and running again at reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend Evergreen and I intend to use them for my seasonal service calls going forward.
