The hot water heater broke at 130am on 02-15-18. At that time My wife called and left a message at Evergreen Plumbing & Heating. Stephanie called us back at approx 7am and stated a tech would be by shortly. Carlos the tech came to the house 20 minutes, introduced himself and then took a look at the hot water heater. Carlos stated the price, we agreed to it. Carlos had to leave to attend another call that he had; but he came back a short time later and removed the broken heater and installed the new one. He explained to me what to do in an emergency. Carlos was very professional. He was helpful, friendly and very neat when removing the old heater and installing the new one. I must also say that Stephanie was very friendly and professional when we conversed with each other on the phone. Overall, on a scale of 1-5 I would rate it a 5.

The service from Evergreen was really very good. Very knowledgeable and experienced - diagnosed issue quickly and knew how to remedy. Dave provided an explanation of what needed to be done and what the costs were as well as possible outcomes from the procedure. Also much appreciative of the courtesy follow up call and the overall communication and response form the first call for service. I would definately call Evergreen again.

I called Evergreen after seeing positive reviews on-line. After setting up an appointment the same day I called, I can add to the excellent reviews. The Evergreen staff (Dave) showed up on time, provided quality service— clearing out our clogged drain in about 40 minuets. I would definitely recommend Evergreen, and will call them again (should the need arise).
