I knew as soon as I walked thru the door, I had made the right decision. I was greeted by a friendly crew and smiling faces. Also, the eclectic decor and frames spoke to me. Sylvia was so helpful in maneuvering through the plethora of choices of frames. I wanted something unique and wasn't disappointed. The only difficulty I had was narrowing down the choices to 3 pairs. I have gotten only compliments from everyone and they wanted to know where I got my frames. I would highly recommend EYEWEARHAUS.

This team is phenomenal!!!!! Sylvia was outstanding guiding me through my selections and offering honest feedback. She made sure I had the right frame for my size and patiently worked with me while I tried on almost all of the frames in the store. She listened to my needs and wants and guided me to a customboprion that I LOVE!! Each visit after was also exceptional in service.. I will definitely return and have already recommended them to friends and coworkers.

Great selection of frames and never felt rushed during my lengthy selection process. Everyone was very friendly and I will definitely be a repeat customer for my future eye wear.

the sales personnel are very knowledgeable about eyewear and styles in stock. They are also honest in expressing their opinions in a fashion that I am comfortable not taking. Of course, they are honest and I love the vast selection of frames. I wouldn't go anywhere else, although I admit to having tried other stores and chains

The staff at Eyewearhaus were very helpful and honest. There selection of frames were great! Very unusual, not the normal run of the mill frames. When my glasses came they fit perfect and needed no extra adjustments. I would return in a heartbeat!

The team is so friendly and professional and Trish took good care in helping me select the right frames for my face! She was very patient with me. The eye Doctor was also fantastic and if it were not for her I would not have known that I had a hole in my retina. the office made me an appointment with a retina specialist and fortunately I had an immediate laser procedure to correct this ...otherwise could have had a detached retina! What can I say they saved my eye!

They are extremely helpful with my frame selection, with the wide selection of amazing frames it is always difficultt to chose. I often receive compliments on my glasses. 3 of my coworkers have gone there for their eyeglasses.

Personal Service, Wide selection of Frames. Rapid turnaround..

Because I wear my glasses 100% of the time, the look and feel is extremely important to me. The staff was very patient with me while I tried on many frame options...and I'm really happy with my choice. The lenses are true to my RX so there is no adjustment time getting used to them. One week turn around was the topper on the cake. Thanks!!!

Selecting your eyeglass frames is a very personal experience, everyone has their own process. My process, to the annoyance of most, is about a 2-3 hour extravaganza where I have to try on just about every frame I would ever consider. This tends to frustrate many eyeglass store employees who are very experienced and who are not good at customer service. At EyeWearhaus it was not an issue. Once they realized my shopping style, they accommodated me with an easy way to stay organized and complete an ongoing process of elimination. They had the ultimate patience with not a glimmer of frustration. Additionally, the eyeglass offerings, the lenses and the workmanship are of the utmost quality to be found anywhere. Expensive? Yes. But worth it when purchasing a precision tool for one of your primary and essential senses.

They did a nice job of fitting a new prescription into my old frames and made a very good adjustment of my frames.

First time was a function of your having a unique tortoise shell frame with magnets for clip on that I admired on a friend. Have since grown dissatisfied with both exam and eyewear service at PearleVision where I have gone for decades. This visit was a routine exam with a likel need for a prescription change (which in fact was needed). I was extremely pleased with all aspects of my recent experience with Eyewearhaus especially with the professionalism and competency of your optometrist Dr Broeder. You are more expensive, but I intend to shift my business to you because of the high quality of service you have provided me. Thanks
