The employees were nice and displayed excellent customer service. The Dr explained every aspect of my exam. I was very impressed with the attentiveness of three doctor about all of my concerns and questions. She informed me off a scar on my eye that no other doctor had every addressed. After thinking and speaking to my mother I remember Ann eye injury I had in 2000. It is very comforting knowing that information I hadn't given was discovered and she is monitoring. That one thing won me over,even though I loved my entire visit. The selection of frames was very nice even though it appears I had chosen my frame before I even arrived (a pair I saw on your Facebook page). I would recommend anyone I know. As always I had a great experience with all of the folks at Eye Wearhaus. I am extremely confident in the assessment and prescription, as well as always having the most thorough exam. The selection of glasses cannot be beat, and friendliness and helpful nature of the staff is second to none. I started using Eye Wearhaus when I lived locally and have travelled over two hours to visit for my eye needs for the past 8 years.

Thank you so much for your expertise in helping me get new glasses. After years of struggles trying to get my unlined bifocals right, I now have a pair of glasses that allow me to do my needlework, work on the computer, drive, and all the other activities that are so important to me. I appreciate the help the staff offered in identifying my insurance coverage and in picking out frames that are comfortable and fun to wear. I've had lots of complements and they are so comfortable. They are very professional and I would not go anywhere else for my eyes. all of the staff just take such wonderful care of you during your visit and make you feel at home and like family. Remarkable staff. Optometrist highly skilled. Office staff knowledgeable pleasant and, in my case, patient. Low pressure sales is best for glasses which have become a rather sizable investment. Staff offered encouragement but not pushy. Can't find any flaws here. Great shop.

Excellent exam and explanations.

I followed Dr. Earl Changar to different eye locations since 1975 because I trusted his ability to provide me with the best eye care available. He ended his career at Eyewearhaus several years ago. I was a little reluctant when he retired, but totally love and trust his predecessor, Dr. Christine Broeder and her professionalism. Subsequently, Eyewearhaus has stood behind their glasses and offer unique designer frames that can't be found elsewhere in the area. I'm also pleased with their knowledge of eye insurance companies and making sure the customer pays as little out of pocket as possible.

I arrived at the EYEWEARHAUS with my prescription in hand but without my wife and/or daughter, either of who give me the thumbs up or down on the frames I'm interested in. I bought six pairs of glasses, three of which were sunglasses. I worked with Michael and Trichel. They were both extremely professional and patient with me. As you can imagine it took a fair amount of their time having me try many different styles of frames. They were informative, knowledgeable about their extensive product line and honest with me regarding how the different frames looked on my face. They provided me many options and were a joy to work with. When I picked my glasses up a week later I was out the door in about fifteen minutes. All six pairs of glasses fit perfectly and are comfortable. I was impressed and will continue to buy my eyewear from the EYEWEARHAUS. I trust them and value their professional opinion.

And since you have a huge variety of glasses, I actually didn't have to settle on something that was just, "Okay, these will do." I had several pairs to choose from! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new frames!!!
