Customer service provided by all your staff was exceptional. Knowledgable staff gave great advice with regards to lens options and the warranty on the products. My special order frames arrived in about one week and the finished glasses will take about a week. Thank you!

I've been coming to the EyeWearHaus for years. Michael always has the best selection of glasses. His is not a doc-in-the-box kind of operation. This is definitely an independent, local owner operation. He and his staff are conscientious about you: how you look,how you feel. If there is a problem, they fix it and promptly. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the selection of eye ware.

My husband and I both had appointments and we were both very pleased with the professionalism and service. I had my glasses for about 5 days and I was not happy with the fit or the size. I decided to call the office to ask for a copy of my prescription so I could go to a less expensive place for different frames. I was told that I could pick up my prescription whenever it was convenient, but the young lady offered to help me locate better frames and just exchange my original ones. She said she didn't want me to keep anything I didn't like. Four days later, I had new glasses and I am happy.

I always feel comfortable with the personnel at Eyewarehaus. I have known Michael for many years. He runs a professional shop, with the best selections of eyewear in town. I have recommended may people to Eyewearhaus.

Trichel Vahey went that extra mile to help me out with a problem I had with my Rudy Project Sunglasses that I had acquired via a blind bid at a trivia night to raise money for a cancer victim (she just recently passed away). I noticed that one of my 2 switchable lenses did not match the type of glasses that I had. Even though Eyewearhouse did not donate the glasses Trichel said she would contact Rudy Project to see if they would exchange the incorrect lens. Within a day she called and said Rudy Project would exchange the lens and within a week I had the correct lens for my glasses. Any company that would do that is a company you can trust. Thank you Trichel and I hope to do business with Eyewearhaus again. Thanks again, Matt Crnkovich

I appreciate the professional care I receive at each visit. Dr. Broeder explains my exam in easy to understand terms and is thorough. In choosing frames for my glasses, the staff assists my by considering my budget, my tastes, etc.

I have been extremely pleased with not only the eyeglasses I've purchased from Eyewearhaus, but with the employees as well. Everyone is so friendly, not rushed like the places in the mall. They take all the time you need. Their equipment is state-of-the-art and they are very knowledgable about all aspects of the process. My eyeglasses are unique and very fashionable.
