I love how personalized the care is by the staff. The different style of frames you have and the special care to detail that they show. The type of lens are durable, my first pair are 3 years old and still in perfect shape. If my prescription had not changed I would still be wearing them.

I came intending to just replace my frames of almost 10 years. I ask for some assistance in finding the style I wanted. The staff ask if I would welcome any other suggestions, and I agreed. They found me frames that accommodated my needs and were much better than I was considering. Without their assistance, I never would have considered the frames I now own. There service has been outstanding! I received my frames before the promised date, and they welcome you returning for tune-ups. They are always welcoming!

I needed a new pair of glasses. My wife has gotten new glasses from you after cataract surgery. Your staff handled this perfectly. It was an easy decision to make for my new glasses. I loved the style and comfort of my new glasses. Having lived in Oak Park,Illiniois for the last 40 years, I was accustom to large selection from which to choose. I was not disappointed. In fact, your store had more choices then similar stores in Chicago. Of course the staff could not have been more helpful. I will be back for all of my future glasses needs.

Best eye exam I have ever had - thank you Dr Broder. She is thorough, caring, patient, and a master of the phoropter (that device where you look thru lenses at the eye chart and asked, 'Is this better?' then flips to another lens and asked, 'Or is this better?'. On some the difference was hard to tell and she took the time to let me study it and go back and forth until I was certain. Because of Dr. Broder I am wearing the best prescription I have ever worn. I knew as soon as I put my new glasses on. Then there are the frames - I love my frames and lenses. I also asked for the magnetic sun glass piece that fits right over my lenses - no need to go back and forth between 2 pair of glasses. Also added a little eye candy as each little magnet is covered with a diamond like crystal. Julia helped me with frame selection and I love the frames we selected. She worked very hard to make sure I had the right frame for my face and also made it a lot of fun. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with the staff, service, and products at EyeWearHaus. You have a forever customer. Thank you! Cheryl
