I had an awesome experience with First Integrity Mortgage Services. I worked directly with Kiara Johnson, Senior Mortgage Banker.She was always very professional and pleasant to work with. She made the process go very smoothly. Always willing to answer my questions and give me guidance when needed. If she didn't know the answer right off to a question I had she would find it out and get back to me in a timely manner. I also communicated with Lacy via email multiple times and she always responded to my questions in a timely manner as well. I would say I was very happy with the quality of service provided. I would definitely refer a friend or family member to First Intergrity Mortgage.

Kiara Johnson is fantastic, I met her at an open house about a year ago(2019). I had already obtained preapproval prior to meeting her through different lender. I kept in touch with her and randomly decided to get a second opinion(rate) from First Integrity Mortgage and believe it or not I received one of the lowest interest rates I'd ever seen. I was referred by my brother after being denied twice, and the third time was a charm. I was contacted right away by Michelle Lewis after I inquired online. She gave me instructions to fill out the application and a week later I got an approval. She was very eager to help and answer questions at any time. This was my first time purchasing a home, so it was alot I didn't know, communication lacked at first,but we were able get back on track. I am a first time home buyer but I have worked with previous lending companies before and First Integrity, Senior Mortgage Broker, Lisa Neis far surpassed any other lender. Her responsiveness, knowledge, and ability to answer any question I threw at her was incredible. I sprung numerous requests for pre-approvals on her late at night or on the weekend and she returned them to me within 30 minutes. The entire process was very well streamlined and my contact, Michelle Lewis, was on top of every question I had. Her response time was incredibly fast even at early and late hours. I commend her for her care, integrity, and trustworthiness. Latter played a crucial role during the last two days before closing as I had to sign documents that were changed last minute, and they needed to be signed within a few hours. Because of the trust Michelle had built over the course of our relationship I felt comfortable signing the documents without combing through the numbers every time.
