I had a very favorable experience with First Integrity Mortgage and Dave Puzniak. Prior to finding a house, Dave would reach out periodically to see how things were going. I wasn’t expecting my situation to play out the way it did but I experienced a hurdle in the beginning of the loan process. Dave was responsive, professional, honest, and was willing to look at things from every angle. I truly believe his knowledge, expertise and willingness to work hard for his customer is what ultimately got me to closing. He definitely went above and beyond taking many extra calls and researching a number of avenues with his internal partners as well as people at the title company. I would definitely recommend Dave to others.

Kiara has always been patient and guided me through each step of the lending process. She answered questions, and explained steps that I didn't understand. Whenever I had to visit office the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I received a excellent rate when she noticed rates were dropping.

First Integrity really made my refinance as easy and efficient as possible. David Puzniak and Matt Kaminsky kept me up to date on all the necessary steps to make my refi happen without delay. Kiara was my loan lender and she was absolutely amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and no matter what questions I had she answered them and she was always available no matter what time. She took over my loan process after another loan company could not get there selves together. She made my loan happen in two weeks what was taking the other company 2 months and still not close. I have had the privilege to work with Christine and Patty twice in two years selling and purchasing a home. These ladies helped make a stressful situation very painless! Christine is great with getting the ball rolling, explaining every step of the process in layman terms and making sure you are comfortable with wherever you want your budget. Patty is the last leg of the relay and she brings it all together and adds the final touches. Both ladies have provide great customer service, are professional, prompt, and patient. I also want to brag on the front desk staff and the person that answers the phone which may be the same person but she was always cheerful and pleasant to talk to. When you walk into their very convenient location you will always be made to feel welcomed!
