As a first time home buyer, tons of questions are bound to rise throughout the process. Our loan officer, Jeremy Durham, was extremely knowledgeable, straight forward and over all looking out for our best interest the entire time! As many questions arise, Jeremy and our loan coordinator, Edith, were eager to explain and make sure we fully understood what was going on. Hands down,the best customer service in the industry. A local family owned company is and always will be my first choice to take my business. The entire team at First Integrity treats every customer as it is there only customer. They have earned my business for life.

Jeremy was up front with all the requirements and gave us a few options. We had a couple of items on our credit report that he helped us clear and made it possible to get the better rates. Jeremy kept in touch with us throughout our process and made sure we were made aware of anything the came up. Closing was easy and Jeremy was there to see it through to the end.

Christine was amazing! So knowledgeable, helpful, and really seemed concerned with our best interests first & foremost. She made the whole process so easy & a lot less scary. I really believe she got us the lowest rate possible & when a very out of the ordinary problem arose she very quickly acknowledged it, researched it & helped solve it. She also worked closely with our realtor through the whole process to make things as easy as possible for us. I would never want to work with anyone else in the future. I just can't say enough good things about her. Her support staff was also very good and very helpful. All in all I would highly recommend 1st Integrity Mortgage to anyone looking to buy a home.

We worked with Tim Whitmire from start to finish during our home buying process. We considered other options, even using the company my Dad works for, but when we met with Tim we knew we wanted to work with him. He was so thorough with his worksheets and explained everything with such detail, sometimes more than once and in more than one way just to make sure we understood exactly what we were signing up for. Tim provided us with multiple options to get us the best for our situation. I highly recommend working with him and First Integrity Mortgage Services. From the minute we walked in the door, we were greeted with a smile, offered something to drink, and got straight to work. I had an amazing experience with First Integrity Mortgage and will highly recommend this company to everyone! I had the absolute pleasure of working with both Michael and Edith.....they are the A-team. From the beginning of the process, Michael and I spoke several times a week and then several times of day at the end of the transaction. He was very accessible and was even willing to talk on the weekends to ensure I was well positioned to make strong offers. Edith did a fantastic job of moving the transaction along and making sure I always knew the status of my application. We communicated so much through email that I actually miss our correspondence now that I am in my new home!! I have an extremely busy job as an executive in a major academic medical center. Because of this communication, accessibility, simplicity, and flexibility are all extremely important to me. Michael, Edith, and First Integrity exceeded my expectation in all of these areas!! I apologize for the late response but I do plan to write a review, its just that I've been very busy. The team I worked with, Kiara and Ryan are superb! I truly mean that! I say this because throughout the process, the property selling party and their agent, to put it plainly Sir, were NUTS! They caused all kinds of delays and put Kiara through unnecessary obstacles. Kiara was professional and handled things so very graciously and kept her 'kool'. Ryan, was the same. Your entire First Integrity team was outstanding, in this, one of the more vexing sales, they've had to deal with. Rebecca Bunt, Michelle Kahn, Ryan Cox and Kiara Johnson were really special and I thank you and that team. I do appreciate all your team has done for me. Well Done Sir...Well Done! Christine and Patti were excellent - they were able to get everything together quickly and efficiently. Would HIGHLY recommend them for a home mortgage. We have moved to 6 different homes in various states (OH, NY, NJ, MA, MO - to name a few) and can honestly rate them as the best team to work with - by far. Christine Elbert went through all the documents upon signing (many don't do this) and I was impressed with her knowledge of the industry. Christine also helped my brother with a mortgage - a first time home buyer with unconventional credit. Very impressive!!! And - we received an excellent rate on our mortgage.

Kiara Johnson was the absolute best.
