Our agent Tim Whitmire was excellent! He contacted us as soon as he heard we were in need from our realtor. He worked quickly and was able to obtain a pre-approval for us within 48hrs. Without his quick work, we would not have been able to submit a contract on our new home. He was very detailed in his work and presented many options to us and explained every fee and where each dollar was going. Overall, we found First Integrity to be extremely responsive and quick in every aspect. The quality was excellent, and we feel we received the best rate possible. We are extremely happy and pleased with the service!

We worked with Tim Whitmire who was referred to us by my husband's chiropractor. Tim was excellent. He met with us at our home which was very convenient for parents of small children. He thoroughly explained our options, the process, fees, and provided worksheets for estimated loan amounts and closing costs. My main concern when I knew I was going to have to apply for a mortgage was my financial history. Denise made me feel like a person and not my credit score! Everyone I talked to at First Integrity was helpful and non-judgmental and showed a real interest in my welfare.
