Another wonderful experience with my (post-op) appointment. I was seen Promptly, Professionally, and as always, with big smiles and warm hellos. Great place!

This past week, Dr Tropp installed a crown on one of my back teeth. It was the most low-impact major dental work I have ever had done. The gums around the tooth were not even sore afterwards, and that is a first. Well done!

I wanted to wait till my procedure was done to write this. I broke a tooth last week Thursday and was worked in as a walk- in Friday afternoon. In my last town, I would have probably not been able to get in for a couple of days. Andrew was gentle when he took the x-rays and Dr. Trujillo was kind and thorough in his explanation of what my options were for my situation. On top of that, I was immediately presented payment options for the procedure I was going to have. I didn't feel like I had to beg for options or like I had to come up with all the money in full and up front for my unforeseen circumstance. Again, another thing that sets this Practice above the others I have been to. The staff are all friendly, helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. Dr. Trujillo and Melissa were great as well during my extraction. Though the tooth was being difficult, they did everything they could to to reduce the discomfort on my jaw. I have no bruising or swelling at all today, less than 24 hours later. I have already recommended this Practice to family in Alamogordo and friends who have been looking for a compassionate experience in their dental care.

The capping was an easy procedure. Both the tech and doctor watched to see that there was no stress. The injection for numbing was quick and no pain. The best part of procedure was that it was accomplished in two hours, fitting was easy and once finished gums were not sore the next day. Thanks Jane

I am very pleased with care I receiving at this office. Dr Peterson takes his time in order to get a perfect fit for dentures. All of the staff is very helpful & friendly. They even have coffee & water available. I haven’t completed all of the required appointments but feel positive about the outcome.

The quality of care at Las Cruces Dental Solutions is top rate. I felt very comfortable with all of the procedures that were needed and the staff is not only competent but very friendly. I would recommend this facility to all.

Nice work and kudos to Dr.Peterson and staff. They did my root canal and crown at the same visit. I was told to call after leaving should any final adjustments be required.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They all make sure I was feeling comfortable and safe, they worry about my care. They informed me in advance of what it was to come, which I really appreciate to know what to expect.

Usually I am very apprehensive about the dentist. I can tell you I had great care! Had a wonderful cleaning/polishing! Usually I need to be gassed but this time I didn't. She was gentle and patient. Great place !!! Thanks !!!

It was my son’s first visit to lcds, the staff was great! We were greeted and acknowledged right away. Regina took great care of Michael and was very patient and educated him about dental hygiene. We were very pleased with the care and service we received. Thank you!

Staff is very friendly and will do everything possible to ensure that you are comfortable while waiting for you appointment or if you are a walk-in. I walked in to see if they could fix a couple of rough spots I had on my dentures. My wait was about an hour before taken to the back and a dentist was working on my dentures. She smoothed out both of the ruff spots that had been bother me and since I had gotten my dentures from them, there was no charge. I was on my way out the door in less than an hour. Great service!

The staff is friendly and very attentive. My appointment was great! I fear the dentist, but because of the smooth and pain free experience I had, I'm not hestitant to come back sooner than necessary.

I had horrible tooth pain. I called at 7 am and got right in. The staff was warm and welcoming and the dentist (Dr. Trujillo) was amazing. In that I have a panic disorder, treatment of any kind is difficult. The dentist and staff were understanding and did everything they could to deal with my multiple issues. This is an amazing place!! At no time did I feel that I received anything other than excellent care, and this is coming from a dentist phobic :-) . Thanks gang !!!

Great care by careful people who are very well trained. The coffee & cookies are a nice touch! All the employees are friendly and they take the time to make everyone comfortable.
