Dr Trujillo did the best job of injecting the anesthesia I've ever had. No pain aftger it wore off.

Getting a crown can be a stressful experience. However, the staff at LC Dental Solutions were great at making my visit a very positive routine experience. The teamwork between the entire staff and the procedure itself was very impressive. Between the technology to make the new crown as I waited and the attentive staff, the level of care I received was excellent. If I have to go back at some point for another crown, it won't be an issue AT ALL. Thanks to Chris and Dr Peterson.

The cleaning was a bit uncomfortable. The hygienist was a little too rough and I left in a bit of pain. Otherwise, the customer service is wonderful and the staff is always friendly.

I am not one to want to go to the dentist. In fact, sometimes I get to the parking lot and want to go home. However, after several appointments at Las Cruces Dental Solutions, I am thankful I no longer get that feeling. Sure. I am not in a hurry to make an appointment, but once one is scheduled, I do not hesitate to go. All the staff here are completely amazing and I am so happy to have a great dental team to work with.

Everything was well. Except when I got in the chair the wrong record was pulled up. No big deal though.

I had no idea that visiting a dentist could be a pleasant experience, until I went to Dental Solutions. Due to past experiences that were painful, expensive and lacked of quality care I put off visiting a dentist...until I had to. Well, I had to and I can't believe my good fortune by choosing Dental Solutions. I was seen the day after I called (I chose to not go the day I called). The office is beautiful, up to date and the wait time was maybe 5 minutes, or less. The entire staff was nice and very competent. Dr. Peterson was great! He was friendly and actually looked me in the eye and asked what I wanted to do when presented with my dental problems and long term care. I instantly felt comfortable with him and his expertise as I went back two days later and had 5 crowns (a couple replaced and a couple new) - all at the same time. It was not bad at all and today I have no pain...at all. Amazing!

Excellent in all aspects

I had a great experience with Las Cruces Dental Solutions. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. More specifically, one of the staff named Oscar helped me and assisted me during my first visit in the clinic. When I came back for my actual treatment, Dr. Trujillo took care of me. I just want to commend Dr. Trujillo for being efficient, professional, accommodating, kind and nice. He knows what he needs to do and he really did a good job. I also want to commend the dental technician who assisted him during the procedure. I was not able to get her name but she also did a good job. I had a bad experience from other dental clinic here so I tried to find a clinic who truly cares for their patient. I am glad I did a right decision to go here because I am really happy with the service they provided. Will definitely come back here regularly.

I had not been to a dentist for many years due to fear but everyone at dental solutions made me feel very comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and put my mind at ease. Excellent care, service and very prompt when you have an appointment, little to no wait from the time you enter the door. The staff is friendly, courteous and extremely professional. Love the fact that you can get a root canal and crown on the same visit and not have to go back 2 weeks later for the crown. Thanks Dr. Petersen and staff for creating a dental facility that is modern and current in equipment and service.
