Once again, Dr. Petersen and staff took very good care of me. Everyone has been sensitive to my anxiety over being at the dentist. The added distraction of watching Netflix helps as well. The one moment when I felt pain Dr. Petersen handled it immediately. The care & understanding I have received is making it possible for me to have much needed dental work done that I was so fearful of addressing. Also, Patricia, who did my initial cleaning was so professional. She explained the process as she went along & also kept me distracted with the TV. Great care all around. Wonderful staff. Everyone was fantastic! The only suggestion I would like to make is for you to have your computer a little bit more stable. I was afraid I would knock it down. I loved the idea of having everything electronic!!!!!

The atmosphere was very inviting and the customer service was impeccable. I was checked in quickly and the receptionist was friendly and professional. My dental hygienist made me feel comfortable and she did a great job on my cleaning. Dr. Wagner took his time to explain all the details during my exam and I never felt rushed. I'm so happy I found this place!

The Dr and assistants really keep you informed on what step is next when the procedure is taking place. I had a crown put on, and Lonnie always made sure to let me know what was taking place at the time something was going to happen. It eased my anxiety tremendously. Keep up the great work.

Dr. Petersen and his staff are professional and friendly. They strive to provide the best quality of care for their patients. They treated me like a patient and not just like a customer. I had two crowns done. Dr. Petersen made sure that I obtained the best care possible throughout the entire process. The staff even made sure that my temporary crowns were comfortable.

I started going to Las Cruces Dental Solutions when I had a minor emergency. I first attempted to contact the dentist I had been seeing, but all I got was a recording indicating their mailbox was full and could not take any messages. I called Cruces Dental Solutions and they got me in is short order. I now use Cruces Dental Solutions as my regular dentist and I am completely satisfied. The staff is cheerful and friendly, and I have never had to wait passed my appointment time to be seen ... for me this is a major plus for Cruces Dental Solutions. Thank you for seeing my wife within two hours of my call. She will meet in the morning with the surgeon that you arranged. Her research team at the university of colorado checked out this surgeon and may have called him. My wife's needs are not typical, but your help and concern are very much appreciated.

Staff were very pleasant from the moment I walked in. I didn't feel overwhelmed by the options presented to me as they gave me time to think things through; no feeling of being pressured to choose right then and there. They understood dental care can be expensive and I was presented with options that felt comfortable in my pocket. Care was very gentle and I was promptly taken care of.

7AM appointment made for easy access, the staff was friendly as walways, and the procedure was quick and efficient. What more can one ask for? Well, maybe having VR goggles for the patient to view rather than the ceiling mounted TV - now that could be cool!

I really like Aaron. Made me feel at ease. I'm not a good person at the dentist. The only thing I can think of is that I didn't get a follow-up call after either procedure. Either to check on me or schedule a follow-up appointment.

Being able to sumbit my history digitally, having staff make sure that I was comfortable, and then receiving a careful, meticulous exam and cleaning really built my confidence that I had chosen the right place to come for my family's dental care. I am so glad that this level of care is available here in Las Cruces.

It was really fast and easy today. Usually I sit for a long time before being seen. I was in my room by 5:35 and my appointment was 5:30. Within a minute the young lady was working on me. It is nice that you all have more space and people working with you. Glad to hear you all are getting another dentist also. Keep up the good work!!
