I always have a good experience, the staff and doctors are friendly, the waiting area is the most "un-dentist" waiting area (this is a good thing) it feels like you are waiting in a coffee shop, very stylish and relaxing, there is actual coffee to drink while you wait, a great area for kids to play, I tell my friends about how great my dentist office is. my last visit they were busy and I got forgotten in bustle so had to wait 30 minutes for the dentist to come in, normally it's 5 minutes (it's a 1 off) They have always been excellent so I give 5 stars. thank you

Every staff member was courteous and welcoming. The office is lovely and comfortable. Dina provided excellent care throughout my visit. She was both patient and friendly. Dr. Wagner spent extra time explaining the treatment I needed and what to expect from the treatment. This was a terrific new patient experience. I'm appreciative of the care I received and will definitely recommend this office to my family and friends. Thank you!

Im very happy about the timely manner in which they have seen me every time. I have never been to a dentist office that actually cares, not just about getting paid, but making the patient comfortable and take it care of the problem. So far I have not had any problems with the work that has been done so far. Very pleased!

It was absolutely wonderful. I was in so much pain when I walked in on Monday. Everyone was extremely helpful from the person who took my first call until the dentist pulled my tooth today. Your whole team was fantastic.

It was amazing like always. Dr Peterson is the best Dentist I have ever been to. Period. I have PTSD and a mild Anxiety Disorder and he works with me like no one else. I got a crown done about a week ago and I had a mild panic attack and they let me walk around out back to get some fresh air. I know this wasted extra time for him but he didn't seem a all upset and actually encouraged it. He is awesome and so is everyone else there. Never had a bad experience. If you have anxiety or are scared of the Dentist he is the one for you.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The dentist, Dr. Wagner, was excellent. He was relaxed as he worked to place a crown, even when something wasn't going perfectly as sometimes that kind of thing happens. He treated the staff with respect and was kind. I was also impressed with Vicky, one of the managers who assisted him. She was accommodating, professional and very friendly. I've never had a crown before so I didn't know what to expect in terms of the time it would take. They gave me options because I had something planned afterward thinking it wouldn't take as long. I was able to change my plans so they did the entire procedure including the permanent crown. This was yesterday. I took ibuprofen when I got home for fear there would be pain when the Novocaine wore off. Actually, it wasn't bad at all. I can't really say that it is sore today and I'm able to chew on it without any problem. I'm really impressed with the staff, dentist and the quality of the work. The only thing I didn't like were the injections but is there anyone who does?! They tried to minimize the sting by applying numbing gel....it helps but there's no way to get completely out of experiencing that pain. Good thing it is short lived. I give this place five stars. Keep up the great work, you all are excellent!

Have been a patient here for over two years. Was incredibly satisfied with the customer service and the level of comfort I felt since my first visit. Moved to Northern New Mexico and have hesitated to find a dentist up here because I was so pleased with everyone here. Decided to make an appointment while I was in Las Cruces for the holidays - I'm thinking I may just try to plan my appointments when I go down to visit family. Problem solved.

The facilities are nice, the kids love that they can watch TV while they get their teeth cleaned.

I appreciate being seen so quickly when I had an issue with my veneer. I am new to Las Cruces and do not have an established dentist let alone a dental office that was efficient at working with veneers so it was a little intimidating! The staff has been really great and I feel lucky to have found a dental office that I actually like more than my dental office at home!

I had a broken tooth and went in to have it evaluated. Turns out they had the ability to do all the prep work and put on a crown at that time. It was a long appointment but worth it to have everything completed in one visit! The staff is amazing and so helpful. They offered a blanket, a neck pillow, and Vaseline for my lips. There is water, coffee, and cookies available in the lobby as well. Love Las Cruces Dental Solutions!
